I recommend finding new staff. The 2 men working last night April 23rd 2024 around 9pm-9:15pm were so rude. I walked in and smile like normal. and went to get some ice cream like I've done before And immediately started treating me like I was going to steal something lol. Which was strange as I've never experienced such a thingThe larger man walked over and widened his stance. He crossed his arms. They told me they couldnt sell me the ice cream In a very mean and hostile way. I'm a very communicative and positive personI said oh that's strange they've sold it to me before.. I'm imediately closing the freezer that contained the ice cream. Abiding what they said, and the skinnier one proceeded to call me a liar. And loudly says that he had been there for a year and never once sold it.NOT ONCE he said. Very loudly and mean. I wasn't trying to force anyone to sell me ice cream if there's a new rule or something. Just some very simple human to human communication of my experience before. I told him a woman had sold it to me and I've actually gotten in twice. I've lived near by in walking proximity for 3 years. So him working there for a year made zero sense to me. I've come to this gas station too many times to count and have never experienced what I experienced last night. I truly don't understand why the hostility was deemed necessary. And how dramatically loud the men were. Roll the cameras. I hope the owners watch what happened. Hire new people. These men are not doing anything for your business. Because as a regular , I would rather go further to a different gas station than to see those employees again.

Employee told me to wait for propane and then later on tells me, he would've turned me away if owner didn't come. ‍ if that was the case, why did u tell me to wait

For being a semi new business in this area we would think they would care about the customers that want to buy propane... they do not. They need to train better the clerks on customer service. Making wait a customer for propane for a long time just because a person got in after you told them needed some propane and at the end he gets out with a bag of chips and water‍. Nah... uhaul or different source for propane from now on.

Really nice new store at Bullard and Fresno. 76 gas, lots of pumps! Big, clean, well stocked convenience store. They even have an ice cream counter where you can order inside or from the outside window in front. People rave about the sweet treats there! The guy at the checkout counter was friendly. Quick in and out!

Rude staff, denied me use of the restroom for no reason. I was going to buy snacks but had to go really bad, I asked to use restroom first and was denied.
