Unfortunately the worst experiences endured. Director or lack of, was very disconnected. During our very short stay after a long waiting period consisted of our child only attending 37% of the paid time due to sickness. One time resulting in contracting RSV. The staff was compromised due to lack of direction and or positive affirmation from the director. It cost me more money to have my child out sick than him being there. Most importantly my child's well being. They even forgot to feed my infant for 5 1/2 hours and laid him in a crib to scream himself to sleep. To remedy we stuck reminder stickers with feeding times "feed me at 7:30" . I pray the State looks into this establishment. One benefit was the regional director. Her influence on the center could not be implemented due to her subordinates. If you care for your child DO NOT LET THEM CARE FOR YOUR CHILDREN.

My daughter has been at this KinderCare for the past four months. She started when she was four months old. Previous to this, she was at a different local daycare. Needless to say, we were less than satisfied at her previous daycare. Although that particular daycare provided live streaming of the infant room (which was a large selling point for me at the time), I found myself constantly distracted by the footage while at work mainly because I was concerned about the level of care she was receiving. It became quite disruptive to my workday. This previous daycare required that I write them each morning to tell them what time I would be dropping off my daughter. Anyone who has small children knows how chaotic and unpredictable the morning routine can be, and this became an added stress. Despite dropping my daughter off after they opened, I would be met with obvious sighs and eye rolls from staff if I showed up before 8am. Additionally, this previous daycare would frequently call and have me leave my work early to pick up my daughter for being "fussy," insisting she was sick when she wasn't (I am a doctor, so I can actually tell these things). All of these factors contributed to us moving to KinderCare and I have no doubt in my mind that we made the right decision. From the moment we entered KinderCare for a tour, I was blown away. They are a well-oiled machine and the process of drop offs and pick ups is streamlined. Their professionalism and communication are unmatched. I feel like my daughter gets so much care and attention from the staff. It honestly feels like she is with family when I take her to KinderCare. I love that we get periodic updates and photos throughout the day without the added pressure of livestream, which actually can be more of a burden than a help. I feel like the price is more than reasonable for the care our daughter receives. She has continued to thrive at KinderCare. She is meeting all of her developmental milestones and she couldn't be happier or healthier. So glad we made the switch to KinderCare!

My daughters first daycare experience was at KinderCare Woodward Park. I was nervous to say the least, but they made sure my 6 month old had everything she needed. Everyone at this daycare has been incredibly helpful, accessible, and so warm and loving to my little girl. She's now 9 months and has thrived there! She learns something new everyday. The daily reports and the app they use keeps me up to date with everything she does at daycare. I always know what supplies are running low and how much she drank/ate. They send me cute videos and pics each day of all the activities and art projects. You can tell how much time and effort goes into these projects. The fall pictures they did of the babies were adorable! We're moving out of state and so sad to say goodbye to all of her teachers!

Our munchkin is 17mo and has been coming to KinderCare for about a week now. From the dads perspective - I've been very impressed so far. First - I've noticed that the kids meals are quite healthy. Most meals included a healthy vegetable, some fruit and a carb. For example - his lunch last Friday was - Mac and Cheese, Milk, carrots and pear. healthy meals are a must for our family. I also like the four teachers/care takers. They seem very friendly, nice and professional. They always are able to give me a good update on his day, activities and mood. Tip - since this location does not have cameras, you can call anytime and get a live update on your munchkin.

My wife recently went back to work full-time, and we needed to find daycare for our 15 month old son. He has a language delay and can be slow to warm up to people. My son has been doing so well ever since he started going to KinderCare. He is more talkative and alert/interactive with his environment and our family. He seems to be happier now that he is able to play with other children so regularly. In the beginning he didn't want to go to his teachers when I dropped him off in the morning, but now he goes to them no problem! The teachers in Toddler 1 and Toddler 2 are all awesome. Me and my wife enjoy the written mini reports they give us when we pick him up (such as what he did during the day, etc) and we also really like how his teachers often take pictures of him during the day, and that we can take these pictures home.

I absolutely love it here. As a new single and working Momma (previously stay at home mom) the ladies have made me feel so comfortable with leaving my two year old in their care. Putting him in daycare was a scary thought for me, but my little one loves it and so do I! His teachers are wonderful and show him so much love. Thank you so much to Denise and all the teachers at KinderCare!! You guys are awesome!!

My son has been at this Kindercare for the past 16 months, and we have been very thankful for all of the teachers and staff, who have become like family. I was so nervous when I first took him as a baby, but they have always done a wonderful job keeping him safe, happy, and loved. I really enjoy all of the photo updates and messages throughout the day. I love that he is always happy when I pick him up and is sad to leave. I feel like everyone has genuinely gotten to know him and they work really hard to care for him. Ms. Michelle treats him like her own and I love the sweet updates and stories she gives me when I pick him up.

I went to visit on monday as looking for a possible daycare for my 18 month old as I go back to work soon. I really liked where this was located for me, nice area close to work and I like the hours. They have coffee which is nice when you drop off your kids, snacks and cute walk in. I liked the low child to staff ratio they have, CA requirements are 6:1, they are 4:1, the environment was very warm, clean and loving. I only didn't choose this place because of the price. If I were making more money I would have no problem selecting this place. I felt very comfortable leaving my son there for the time being. They also have a open door policy which is nice.

My daughter attended 2 kinder care centers in Fresno. One on Herndon and the other one was this one Woodward park. Both places are horrible. Teachers are not trained well enough to understand that my child has hearing loss. Instead of being more understanding they punished her for not listening to teachers direction or for using her hands when talking to other kids. I was called to pick her up in a middle of work day nearly every day. The reasons were different. As simple as your child is climbing on furniture, or she is interrupting the activity. My child just couldn't hear them. None of the teachers recommend to check her hearing, instead she was called a bad kid. I'm glad I pulled her out from both locations. That's the reason I have a review for both places. Stay away.

As a parent, it is essential to find a safe place where my 5 year old daughter can feel comfortable and also excel academically. In such a short period of time, it amazes me how much my daughter has improved in learning and preparing for kindergarten. The directors and teachers at KinderCare (Woodward Park) are excellent and are very passionate about their profession.
