I found Woodbridge Apartments on Marketplace. Cheyanne has been absolutely amazing through my entire moving process. I knew from the first time we spoke via telephone that she really is a very kind, thoughtful and compassionate lady. I was planing on moving in on June 1st, but due to a tragic house fire, that date got moved up to May 17th. I have never been to Clovis nor did I know anyone here. Cheyanne and Levi made my move in so smooth. I drove up here with a Uhaul trailer hitched to my truck, I have no experience on how to back one up. Cheyanne took it upon herself to park the trailer for me to unload, then she parked it over night for me and the next day she moved it again so I could go return the trailer. Levi helped me move all my stuff in and he also got me the most amazing chocolate shake! I've been here 5 days now and I have met so many of my neighbors. Everyone seems really nice and friendly. I absolutely love my loft and this whole area is safe. I am very grateful to Cheyanne for all her hard work in making me feel welcomed. I highly recommend Woodbridge Apartments.

Small lofts but beautiful lofts for couples. Floors creak upstairs but isn't much of a bother. The construction for the fitness center and social area is taking so long to get fixed. The walls are thin so you can hear everything

Moved here in November 2014. Ten months on and it's been a joy to live here. Management must have changed since earlier reviews. It's reasonably quiet here, some noise from manly trucks roaring down Barstow at night but not too bad. Any mechanical problems we've had were fixed almost immediately. Filters on ac checked and swapped out on regular basis, heating and ac work great. New dishwasher installed same day when our old one stopped working. All in all a nice place to come home too. Many thanks to Lorenzo and the other staff here.

Overprice for a place that's been under constructions for three years going on to four even though I've only been their for one year. Ran into some other tenants who's been their for over three years and is now living month to month due to the enormous increase of rent going up as high as$160 on top for a place that shouldn't even be high priced and also the so called Gym is not even close to done as promised to be finished in November 2018. We are getting charge nearly $300 for carpet damaged due to our two dogs which we didn't even allow upstairs without our presences even so they mainly stayed down stair. Also the workers there take your parking and expect you to park elsewhere. This place is RIDICULOUS!! This is why they claim not to do any credit check and it's so easy to move in anyone can be accepted your deposit may and will never be returned. Highly Do not recommend to live here!!!!

Great apartments to live in! We loved our stay there. The complex is being remodeled but it never inconvenienced us. Jennifer was always sweet and helpful! The only complaint I would have is my car got broken into at least 6 times. I always left my doors unlocked (so they wouldn't break my window and they never did) and I would never leave anything of value in there... the only reason I knew it was broken into was because they would take everything out of my glove box and throw it everywhere and sometimes leave my doors wide open. More annoying than anything. So don't leave anything of value in your vehicles!! Other than that it was great!! I would live there again, the only reason we moved is because we ended up buying a house. Highly recommend Woodbridge apartments!

I lived here from January 2020-January 2021, and I loved my time in my loft. Due to life circumstances (I'm pregnant with my first baby, and my fiancé has 2 children of his own) I needed to move into a bigger place, but if it weren't for that, I would have stayed at Woodbridge for years to come. Management is amazing! Though I rarely had issues arise, the few times I needed to get ahold of them they were quick to respond and help me out. The grounds are beautiful and the work the management company is doing to renovate/update the property is amazing. I can't say enough good things. Honestly, if you are considering Woodbridge, I say go with it, you won't be disappointed.

I'm never one to write reviews on any site, but I've never felt so compelled to leave a review for these apartments so I can save anyone (especially students looking to go to Fresno state) the time and money this place will cost you. I'll keep things as brief as possible:1. The loft model: the model these apartments display to lure people into buying is NOTHING compared to what your unit will look like. It's all dressed up with nice furniture/everything is spotless, new fences, new everything. It looks very cozy and perfect especially in the photos online but DO NOT BE FOOLED LIKE I WAS. Obviously the model will not be the same at most apartments, but when I received the keys to my unit after signing paperwork: there were cracks, discoloration on walls and bathroom sink, toilet kept making a hissing noise (which I ended up fixing myself because maintenance couldn't seem to fix???), a hook in the wall, damaged cabinets, broken fences (the model is one of the only units with a brand new fence. Pay close attention to photos online and then see for yourself in person), an odor of dogs/cat pee pads, very loud creaky noises in the upstairs floor which I believe wasn't something the model showcased. The shower the entire time I was there would be BURNING HOT for 5 min before turning a little cooler for any person to take a normal shower. Drains would also clog like crazy. Overall my unit was in way worse condition than the model. The walls are very thin and you can hear EVERYTHING at night: the neighbors next to you, dogs, tv, anything. And during our first walkthrough when I received my keys, one of the managers noticed my shocked face and said, and I quote, "Haha I know this is a lot different than the model!" Yeah. It sure was.2. The construction: The whole time while one of the managers gave me a tour of the model and the complex, they hyped up all of these awesome renovations and construction that was going to take place: A brand new "state of the art" gym, brand new fences for everyone, new concrete ALL around the complex, pool and spa was going to be fixed, etc. AND TO THIS DAY IS NOT COMPLETE. I'm talking open drywall on buildings, exposed wood, poles just lying around, hazards and trashy appearance all around. Pool was fixed but still looked gross. Some of the light posts don't work, leaving the complex extremely dark in some areas, and that combined with an ominous exposed and pitch black building that's supposed to be the "gym" at night?!!!! Yeah I never felt comfortable with my significant other walking alone at night. And while these renovations never got done while I was living there (1 year) I've seen other reviews AND tenants who have said this construction has been going on for years. During my stay, many doors were sanded and applied some putty for repair, but didn't receive paint for months. And to do this they had to remove our numbers on our door. I can honestly say our door didn't get painted green and our numbers didn't go back up on our door for MONTHS. And the worst part is that this construction was happening early in the morning and was very loud. But it's still not done???!3. The construction workers: Very sketchy, I've heard the construction men say some gross vulgar things about women, and they often parked in MY OWN STALL WHICH I PAY FOR overnight. And I was told by management if I parked anywhere without permission, I would be towed instantly. They will make that 100% clear to you to try and scare you. Many times I would have to find another stall far away from my own, and if I got out of work late, I'd have to park in the furthest spot from my own apartment and it felt unsafe with the darkest areas in the back. Extremely unprofessional. Not to mention I got my car keyed probably by the group of drunk homeless people that live in the canal right behind the parking lot? Not a safe environment at all.I'll end on this note: Unless you have money to blow, these apartments are just evidently not worth it. I was paying close to $900 per month with a student discount, and my rent was going to jump to almost $1200 (I also graduated so it was going to be more expensive without my discount). Plus they require renters insurance?! And the rent is only going to go up more the year after?!! LOL I could rent a nice house for that amount of money. Or live in some luxury apartments. Anyways, I found a WAY nicer apartment, in a nicer part of town with FULL amenities for less than what I was going to pay if I signed another lease at Woodbridge AND I don't have to pay renters insurance if I don't want to. Don't rent here.***Note*** Nothing against Letha or Jennifer, never had issues with them. But the condition of these apartments is a poor reflection of the management and the Clovis Apartment Group. My entire lease was a huge waste of time and money.

A few years ago this place was nice. When I inquired about an apartment I was told they were putting in a club house, exercise room, new mail boxes.Years went by, and they finally started construction. You don't see any construction crew for weeks at a time. The club house hasn't been touched in months. This construction started over a year ago.Nothing has been finished. They cut back on watering after the drought ended, then increased the utility costs. The pool was closed during the end of summer/early fall due to trespassers damaging the pool. The pool remained closed after repairs for construction on the clubhouse. The clubhouse construction which has sit collecting dust as a frame of plywood with a roof for three months. The pool is now open with a dirty port-a-potty, and an unsanitary hand wash station. Because they still haven't touched the clubhouse. Don't rent here, it's an unfinished projects that has been this way about a year. Homes are built faster than this construction. They don't enforce no abandoned cars, and parking is limited. Some have weeds growing on the tires. The security gate doesn't work, and hasn't worked in over 8 months.People are constantly walking into the complex to use the pool, people who don't live here. They live across the street from the complex, so maybe that makes it ok for the managers. Rowdy, drinking, at all hours of the day. Strangers liotering on the property to use the tennis courts. They park cool boxes is visitor parking that take up 2-3 parking slots. Even huge waste bins to get rid of construction debris. Which means they never get filled, and they will never go away.don't believe all the amenities they list because it's either under construction and will continue to be under construction or it just doesn't work. The landscapers use a leaf blower on the roofs and blow an anormous amount of green debris down your stove vent. Don't be cooking when they do it, it will fall all over your stove and even jam your vent fan. The landscapers use the leaf blowers around the complex usually spending 45mins to an hour in one place only for them to circle back again and when they move on to another area, your area still looks like nothing was done. Then they do it again the next day with the same results. On top of the nickle and diming you for all these phantom amenities, they charge you pet rent. I know a lot of people charge pet rent but do they also charge you a moving-in doggie-doo DNA test? That's right, you have to put up extra on top of your down payment for a doggie DNA test. They test dog poo on the property, and if they discover it's your dog they charge you over $100 fine.Nevermind the money wasted on testing all dog poo even with non-residents walking through the property. You would think a security guard would be a good investment, but no, let's waste it on dog shit. It's a joke and a nightmare.I'm a good tenant, no issues, no drama, no complaints, no high traffic, always paid my rent on time. No, I won't be renewing my lease.
