Would prefer to not get the 7am wake up call with what sounded like a pressure washer going off and someone cleaning around the building. After attending a wedding and a long night of drinking, last thing I wanted to do was wake up honestly.Opted to go for the chairman suite which was very spacious. A lil dated, but fits in with the ranch resort vibes. I understand working outdoors and in ranches myself, there's always bugs. That was really evident in the rooms. Sucked that every towel I grabbed practically had bugs on them. Just use the one with the least. As far as animals goes, I love dogs, but boy was that husky howling next door to us. I believe it was the residents building that was next door. I was able to zone the howling out, but just an fyi if you don't and you're trying to find some peace and quiet.

Took my kids to a Family Day Event for the first time. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes as there's plenty of walking. It was a warm day, and parking cost $20, with tickets available at various booths. Maps were provided showing activity locations. The lines weren't too long, and some activities were included in the entrance fee, while others required tickets. We spent about 4 hours there, enjoying the activities and open pools. Tennis shoes were required for most activities, and there were changing facilities available. Food trucks were also onsite for meals. NO crocks with straps are allowed for activities so bring the correct closed toe shoes!!

I stayed at this resort for a wedding and I really enjoyed my stay. I arrived on a Friday afternoon and stayed in a cabin through the weekend. The first thing that stuck out to me when I arrived is that the area is SO BEAUTIFUL with tons of activities to do. There was a river behind the area and you can see/ hear it from the back porch. In the middle of the location there is a pond you can canoe in, trampolines, volleyball courts, and other table games. There is also a pool which I imagine is amazing during the summer months. I also visited the outside bathrooms and they were VERY NICE! In the mornings they have free breakfast. I'd definitely recommend bringing your own food to make in your cabin. For lunch you need a ticket and it's about $20 to get in. As for the cabin, I appreciated that they have a ton of kitchen items in there for you to use. We had a full kitchen but unfortunately the microwave didn't work. The cabins are a little outdated I will admit. While they are clean I feel like they could use a lot of updates. They provided us with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Which was appreciated! The staff went above and beyond bringing us items we needed such as a plunger and extra blankets. The cabin itself was pretty clean but there were some dirty dishes when we arrived. The front patio had tables and chairs as well as patio furniture which was awesome! As for the wedding, this was such a beautiful venue. The wedding takes place in a garden in front of a pond. It all flowed really well. You then move to an outside area for the cocktail hour and inside for the actual reception. This was one of the most beautiful weddings I've ever attended and this venue was great. I enjoyed my food that they served at the reception. This is a dreamy location as far as scenery wise. Staff was very sweet and I did like my visit overall.

This place is pretty nice! We celebrated mothers day there today and had brunch with the family. We sat outside by there little lake and it was a beautiful day. We paid $50 a person which was reasonable. I'd give this place a 5 star review but the food honestly wasn't that good at all it was more of a 2 or 3 star meal but but the ambiance made up for it lol. They had lots of activities, canyoning, a rock wall zip lines, and a horse drawn carriage. It was a really neat place to spend the day with the family. Anyhow, the food sucked but the experience was over all great haha And I'll probably be coming back again.

Was a wonderful place to stay and enjoy, but on my last visit they demanded I sign a waiver of damages for, among other things, food poisoning for food served at the resort. What the heck happened? I wouldn't eat at McDonalds if they demanded I waive liability for food poisoning.
