Unfortunately for me I love boneless wings and this location is closest to my home but after multiple orders here, they just can't get it together. Order is always 20-30 minutes behind (even when it's not very busy) & proportions are always wrong.

I just came in today to this Wingstop on W Shaw Ave. I have never had a previous issue with this location. But today, I hate to be that person but unfortunately I must.I did a phone order of a 10pc Wing Combo classic, and when I came home I saw that they only gave me a total of 8 wings. I'm disappointed because I got 8 but I was still charged 21.66. in this case they should have just charged me for the 8 piece not for the 10 that I originally ordered. I have included a picture of the receipt and the picture of the wings.

Horrible customer service. Came in and waited at the counter while two employees talked in the back. In plain view of customers. No greeting. When the employee finally decided to help us she was extremely rude. We had to walk out.

The cashier Shanette was friendly. The place is clean and everyone is working hard! There are so many orders to get out and people are coming in from door dash and Uber eats. Also customers coming in to place orders and on the phone too. I came right before a rush. I think I had to wait about 40mins before I got my food. Man I was trying to be patient but that was a long time. I was irritated when I was eating but also so happy cuz... wings!! Haha! Who doesn't love Wingstop?!!?

It took 1hr-2hrs just for a chicken sandwich combo meal. The service was not good, and it was way too packed with only 3 employees. I see why the receipt says "Now Hiring!"

Food was cold plus it wasn't even what we ordered, service was terrible staff had attitude the ambiance was chaos

I would recommend this business they have good food but this location always messes up my order, the service and ambiance was not good had attitude.

Horrible customer service. The worst customer service. Insanely bad customer service. Have tons of attitude.

The service is soo slow! The employees work very slow. They walk with such pace as if they don't have a lot of customers waiting. It does not take 40+ mins to get your wings!
