Delicious wings, I personally favor the buffalo wings. Both boneless and boned wings were great. Perfect amount of sauce and no wing was too small. On first appearance the restaurant seemed very up kept and clean, although I noticed a peculiar smell. As we received our drinks we walked over to the soda fountain only to find the smell of cr*p. I'm not hating on the food or the staff, but that smell is easily a reason i wont be back at this location. The wait was about 35 minutes which for a quick bite wasn't very quick. Great wings, disgusting smell, long wait. Overall "good" food.

Came here 30 minutes before closing to order some food, but was immediately confronted by an employee and asked if I was here for a pick up I said no and his response was unfortunately we are not serving customers. The store was disgusting, dirty all over the place. The only gentleman that was customer friendly was the gentleman that was putting ice in the ice machine. I asked to speak to a manager the employee went to a person that was clearly in front of me washing dishes to express that I would like to speak to her the manager took close to 10 minutes before she came out from the back and asked, how could she help I expressed to place an order she told me that unfortunately all they can make was boneless wings because that's what she was instructed to do and that nobody is allowed to be in the lobby at 10 and all I had was 19 minutes before closing. I have never been confused as to why an establishment would close 30 minutes actual closing. This is completely unprofessional and unethical by any in all means. I would not want to eat here after what I seen extremely disgusting..

Something about late night munchies (not weed induced) just has a soft spot for me. Luckily this place doesn't close until 12, so considering that I went there after a long day with some friends and no one bothered us too much and the place was pretty clean already checks off the ambiance box for me. Besides, not that picky when it comes to it (especially since they played some songs I liked). The servers were really nice too despite it closing soon (I'm so sorry).Anyways, I cannot tell you how fast we demolished this 15 pc for two. Like please we get 15 pcs AND this basket of fries (not much of a drinks person cause it's either water or alcohol for me). Not much to say except it never misses.

The employees were great at first, but I had a disappointing experience when I came in today with my family. We ordered separately, and my family received their food within 10-15 minutes. However, when I checked on my order, I was surprised to find that it wasn't ready, despite ordering right after my sister. To make matters worse, at least three family members who ordered after me received their food before I did. I didn't even order much - just a 10-piece combo. I was extremely disappointed. I didn't even get to eat dinner and had to ask for a refund. Manager was nice enough though shoutout to the Hmong brotha could've at least plug it

My husband ordered a 6-piece each of the regular hot and the lemon pepper wings with a side of fries. I'll start by saying that the original hot sauce was good. Other than that, a total disappointment. The chicken was so dry and the fries were cold, soggy, and overloaded with whatever the seasoning is. I like a seasoned and salty fry but this was overkill - maybe if they were hot and crispy it would have been better. I don't know what that total came to but at this point, I don't want to know because the quality of food wasn't worth anything he paid for it.

Wings were way undercooked, skin was soggy. Save your money because there is no way to request a refund through the app and managers are unresponsive.

My fiancé ordered an online pick up order for us and one of our flavors was incorrect along with another one of our flavors having only 6 wings when we ordered 8 wings. I called to let them know and whoever I was on the phone with seemed to be insinuating I was lying because I called an hour after I picked up the food. She stated "your order was an hour ago and you're barely noticing now?" I responded to her with the fact that my fiancé was in a meeting for work since he works from home and I was waiting for him to be done so we could eat. Normally an incorrect order wouldn't be a big deal to me but I called it in because I was excited to try the limited edition hot honey flavor and still wanted to try it. I did not appreciate feeling like I was being accused of being a liar.

Hi. I'm not the one to leave bad reviews, but this service was awful. I was told it was only going to be 15 minutes, and waited over 30 minutes. I also received my food after people who ordered after me. Keep in mind I only ordered 6 wings. The employees were not friendly and there were 5 people on staff and one person making the food. I finally received my food and was missing half of it. I am not ever coming back to this location. Terrible costumer service.

First time coming here. Very bad experience. Only 2 crew members doing everything the wait is horrible. And customers service very bad starting with the crew members not really know how the menu works. I tried to change veggies for fries and the cashier was unable to do it. So save ur time and go to another place, maybe more busy but with more ppl working so it will be faster.

Horrible wait time. 20 minutes for wings?!? Nobody else in the store. Consistently the slowest fast food for walk-ins
