Ultimately, I did not sign the contract to have Window World install replacement windows on my house. The salesman Cameron was a nice guy and was never rude to me, however, he dropped the ball when he didn't respond to my text and text follow up regarding questions about Window World's contractor's license. I left voicemails and nothing. When I finally got a hold of him he owned up to it and apologized, however, he did make assumptions on the capabilities of the installer, named Fernando. I was given a quote by Cameron and assured me his installer will have no issue installing my 2nd floor windows, then Fernando came to my house to make measurements. Upon seeing the height of the 2nd floor windows Fernando had told me he would need ME to rent scaffolding for his install. This was the last straw for me. I am paying someone to install the windows for me, I was not going to go to Home Depot to rent a tool for the installer to install my windows. Upon complaining to Cameron he understood and no hard feelings came from all the cascade of negative experiences I had. Also, the phone operator customer service was very poor when I had called to discuss my concerns/issues with my current project. Upon telling the phone rep about Cameron not returning my contact he would point the finger at me. He said no one has ever complained about Cameron, so if someone were to complain then there are red flags with the customer. I was almost in disbelief I heard a phone rep say that to me. Overall I had a very bad experience, but I do assure you Cameron was a very nice person. I will never recommend Window World to my friends, and I ended up having my windows installed by Lowe's, no regrets with that decision as it was a smooth and easy transaction/install.

On June 24, 2021, I contacted Window World for an estimate for seven windows and one sliding door for my home. The salesperson, Cameron Hinojo, completed the contract to order the windows on the same date. He stated I would receive the windows anytime between October 24, 2021, to November 24, 2021, even though the contract states it's an approximation date. I have been texting the salesperson to see when the windows are going to be installed. He stated whenever they will get the order, they will contact me. There was no specific date as far as when the installation of the windows would be installed. Irritated by the situation, On November 19th, 2021, I contacted Window World Fresno office and I spoke with the manager Chip Williams. He stated I had signed the contract and the dates mentioned above were only estimations like the contract stated. He also threaten me if I were to cancel the contract the company would take me to collections because they already had ordered and paid the windows. The manager's explanation for the delay was due to COVID and the warehouse was in Texas. It's extremely frustrating that this company has to trap customers in order to complete sales. Because of an "estimation of the contract" the customer has to suffer the waiting game. We will see when I get my windows, but I wouldn't be surprised if I never get them. I will not refer Window World to anyone because it's been six months already since I ordered windows for my home and I don't have a date for when I will get them or when the installation date will be.

I had 8 windows replaced by Window World about 7 months ago for my house in Fresno. Communication with sales gentleman, Cameron, was super awesome. He's super busy but he always responded back to me, which is very, very hard to find these days. Delivery date was fairly close to what was approximated, which was during the winter Holidays, so I totally understand. The two installers worked hard, and I do appreciate them. However, there were some minor issues with the installations, but the manager, Chip always helped me out and connected me with Fernando, the contractor. Chip always picked up the phone calls during business hours. Fernando is a really nice guy. I believe he is super, super busy, but he will take care of you. Just give him time. I understand that I am not the only customer, so I do understand and respect their time. But Fernando came through and made sure things were taken care of. Just remember, this is hard work, esp in during the winter and the hot summer in Fresno. Please, appreciate these folks: salesperson, manager, contractor, installers and finally, the repair guys. Thank you,Daniel Le

We had all of our windows replaced by this company, they did a shitty job and had to come back out to repair their mistakes, windows are not draft or dust fee, the screens are coming apart and the lock mechanism on our sliding glass door is broken, we called them and Cameron told me he'd let me know when they would be in the area, it's been almost 2 weeks and never have heard from him. We are still paying for the windows. I wouldn't hire them again to pick up my dog crap out of my yard. The only reason they came back out the first time after the install was because I left a bad review and they begged me to take it down and they'd make things right. I agreed and took it down but I'm not taking this one down, because this company sucks !!!!!!!!

We called around summer of 2021 for an estimate, the estimate they gave me was very reasonable, they measured all my windows, said they were standard sizes, didn't take too long for windows to come in, came out replaced windows with dual pane windows, very fast, good job, good quality windows, great price, very friendly workers, very experienced. I like that the windows they installed are guaranteed for life, as long as you are the original owner. The trim looks great. Great Service, Great Price, I would recommend Window World to anyone I know. I do know they are shorthanded with their workers, but everybody is right now. Its well worth the wait.

We ordered windows from window world in March. We were told that the windows would be there in July. We never received a call that anything was on schedule or information on what to do. We called in June and they said windows should be there in 3 weeks (on schedule) we gave a 50% deposit. Called in July said they would be here in a week. 1 hour later they called to schedule installation for the next day. We scheduled for the next week as we needed time to move everything away from windows and remove all blinds. We received almost every window scratched and dented. There is excessive VERY ugly caulking around every window. There is caulking on our new paint. They are reordering windows. They do not provide updates or information on how they will fix this mess. There is white caulking in our grout and on our bricks. It's over a month later and nothing has been done but a promise to correct when new windows arrive. It's disappointing and frustrating. Hopefully you have a better experience, but I don't see how we would be singled out in this overall horrible situation.

Scheduled a consultation to get a price on replacing French doors with a patio slider. Never showed up, never even called. Complete waste of my time.

I had Window World install windows not only in my home, but also in my rental. The quality of the windows are excellent; so why the two star rating? I called on 6/16/21 to have my screen door replaced. The man that answers the phone always stated the screen door is not a warranty item, but the parts (the rollers, lock, and screen mesh) were covered. However, he said there is a significant backorder for parts because of Covid-19. On that date, he ordered the parts. After repeated occasional calls to check the status, the parts finally came in February 2022. When the service installers arrived, they had parts for the sliding glass door, not the screen door. The installer said the screen door needed to be replaced. Well, all of a sudden, the door was covered under warranty. I was told the door would be in on 3/15/22, and today I called to check the status. The door is in, but someone will have to call me to schedule an install. Nine months into this request for service, I am still chasing and waiting for service. Everyone has product, but service is what we are looking for, which was one of the selling points of these windows and Window World. Windows good, installation good, service not so good.

We called for an estimate and a salesman came out and gave us one that was much higher than other places we looked. He asked if we were interested and we said no. A few weeks went by and I started getting unsolicited text messages to my phone. A total of 4 TCPA Violations and they aren't responding now. Guess we will see them in court. $6,000 for 4 violations. You can't use my phone without my permission!

I had my back sliding glass door installed and didn't notice a small piece of paper stuck at the bottom. The paper is in between the two glasses and so can't be removed. I can only assume that the installers notice it but didn't want to mention it to me. So make sure that you inspect the any of their products before installation.
