Another example of lazy craftsmanship.
Guess Wilson homes a open drinking policy during construction the whole property has open containers through out buy homes
Well I guess this is what happens when you drink to much and there is literally a million porter potty on the construction zone
What is wrong with folks bringing their kid to a construction ZONE!!! Safety evidently is no concern to Wilson homes!
Tile cracked after only a year, because they built it too fast and don't use tighter rebar in the foundation, so it settled and caused crack
This was taken before we moved in, brand new.
Nails all over the floor!!!
After 2 years, the paint on our awning has peeled.

Just moved into our new home at Elev8sions on Gettysburg and Leonard yesterday**I find it hilarious that Doreen and Nicole have low reviews. They were nothing more then exceptional during our home buying process. Call or text even on their days off, one of them were able to help us out. From our initial appointment of interest to the beautiful and thoughtful welcome gift at closing and key pick up, these two have stood out as fantastic. Any time I needed to come by to get a measurement for some DIY project I had planned for our home they were so accommodating to come by and get that measurement even when our home was not modeled. For anyone to speak wrongly of these two you might be a Karen. They are awesome and take great care of their clients. We couldn't be more thrilled to have worked with them! Thank you Wilson Homes and specifically Doreen and Nicole for helping us during this process. We appreciate all you do!The DeSoto's

I purchase a brand new Wilson home and within the first year we had a roof leak and the garage shutter deopped unexpectedly almost hitting my car and we have several broken and missing things on the home since the move in that are pending service over 2 years. Wilson homes warranty is the worst to deal with they make excuses over and over and have no professionalism. I would never purchase from Wilson homes nor will I recommend them to anyone.

The overall quality of the home is good, but they don't take responsibility for any problems. I'm very disappointed in how they have responded to us.

I was looking at the Windsor community by Wilson homes not too long ago and they left a good first impression on me. There are several home builders in the Fresno/Clovis area and I'm pretty familiar with all of them. I would say Wilson homes is on the higher end. You could tell simply by the exterior as there is more detail on the home instead of all stucco. Although they are a tract home builder, aka cookie cutter, their exterior designs are definitely better than KB, DR Horton to name a few. They also provide a lot of ways to customize and upgrade your home compared to Lennar where you can't change or add anything. The sales rep at one of the older Windsor community in Clovis was very helpful and didn't judge me by my appearance. I really did not look like someone with money and was ready to buy but they assisted me nonetheless and I respect that. As I have been in other communities from other builders who don't take you seriously based on your appearance. I actually was ready to purchase, but we decided to move to a different city, but imagine if they judged by appearance they may have lost a sale. Even if I'm not in the area anymore, I still give advice on those looking into the area and I don't hesitate to recommend to check out Wilson Homes.

We considered buying a Wilson home. This past January we saw on social media they were hyping up their homes at Sunnyside and Shepherd Ave. "The Windsor collection" Advertising for people to come in and get on their list to be the first ones to purchase a Wilson home. Sounded nice, sounded like something we'd be interested in so we did the paperwork and got preapproval to buy a home which put us on the list somewhere near the top we were told. Unfortunately, at that time at actual prices were not printed up. The only thing we knew was that they were going to be in the low and mid $700,000 range. We weren't discouraged at that point and stayed in touch with the sales office trying to get more information. Now here we are, three weeks later we still don't know the prices of the homes. We still don't know when the lots will be released, and still don't know pricing for the upgrades. Last we heard information will hopefully be available by the end of March. That's almost 2 months since the advertising on social media was urging people to come in and buy a Wilson home. Unfortunately, the corporate office has left the poor sales people at their sales office uninformed with some of the more important information needed to buy a home. Maybe it's turned out for the better because after reading reviews of people who are currently in a Wilson Home a lot of buyers are disappointed in certain aspects of the company. Fortunately, Wilson is not the only builder out there. Granville, True Mark, Lennar and other home builders are out there. Too bad because we thought we found the right house in a nice area , that would fit our needs. Wilson corporation, I think you blew it. It wasn't a total failure because I didn't meet nice people in the sales office as far as Denise and Trisha and a very nice person who answers the phone at the corporate office. That's why I gave it to stars.

Lived in our new build for 4 years and already have a leak. Service has been bad from the beginning. They've had to redo walls and redo them over again. Feels like you have to fight them on everything.

Wilson did send the crew to come to my place to fix the problem, and the process took 4 days, which is fairly fast in my opinion. Overall, I am happy with the fixing and cleaning part. I just hope that Wilson Homes comes clean next time when there is a problem, be willing to provide necessary information instead of pushing it to the city or wait for us to contact our lawyer.

I put my trust in Leo Wilson and made the huge decision of purchasing one of their new homes. However, once you're in and have to deal with any issues, the current female warranty representative is very difficult to deal with. Unresponsive and lacks professional people skills. Meanwhile, the issues with my new home are mine to deal with if I want them fixed. For this reason alone, I will not bepurchasing or recommending another Leo Wilson home. Lots of other builders in town that have a better trail of caring about the homeowners that have invested in them.

We purchased a 1999 built Leo Wilson Home in 2002 and are very pleased with our home throughout the years . We like it's exterior appearance and functionality and the interior thoughtful space, excellent custom design and craftmanship. The quality does not look "cheap" at all.
