Went into the shop to have a link taken out of my watch. Harvey, the owner was super helpful and very friendly. Willis jewelers just earned a loyal customer . Went in to replace my necklaces clasp, and after inspection he seen the clasp was just malfunctioning so we didn't need to replace the clasp only repair it , which didn't take more than 10 minutes . Thanks to Willis jewelers , I saved about $100 and 2 weeks of waiting as that's what I was quoted at many different places. Thank you once again !
