Wholesale Appliance Depot

Was not impressed with the "wholesale" discount price scam. Walked in wasn't greeted so I just started browsing. I noticed all the machines were quite expensive even though this place claims to be discounted. Then I started googling the machines and saw that some of their "out of the box sales" were more expensive than buying from a big retailer at their sale price. One dryer said it was $699 and Best Buy had it for $499. Do your homework before you go. Or even while you're there lol

Reply to Mark M's reply: The problem was absolutely related to your installation. You were not here nor did I buy a dryer! The only suggestion Jimmy gave was to wrap the leak with a sock. I do not have plumbing problems, I had a subpar installer problem!

Purchased a new oven on 11/2/17. Tried to bake some cookies a week later. Baking function did not work. Called and made a repair appt for Saturday my only day off. They didn't show. Called and complained and was promised repair the following Saturday. They showed up late. Said they needed to order additional parts. Showed up following Friday on my day off and replaced parts. Still not working. Called and complained again. Said with the holidays the warranty center wouldn't be available until after new year. Tech came out again on 1/2. Unable to fix. Warranty center requested additional parts be ordered returned 1/4. Technician just left and oven still not working. I have called this business after every non repair. They do not back up there products. They make you the middleman by passing the buck between them the manufacturer and the repair company. They have not offered one solution since problem began. I am on my 5th scheduled appointment and oven hasn't worked for 2 months. Do not believe their website about all products being pre tested and certified operable. From personal experience I can say this is doubtful. They should have replaced this unit a month ago. No concern for their customer. More worried about getting a credit for their inoperable oven if unable to fix.Any savings you might realize will quickly dissipate after your 5th repair call + 10 hours on the phone with warranty center, dealer and repair personnel. Save yourself the frustration and lossed income by not dealing with a business that doesn't care.Happy New Year

We came earlier during business hours and they had a note on the door. That had a word that does not exist mind you. It said they were changing the hours from 9:30 to noon and 3:30 to 5. The hours are supposed to be 12-5 we got there at 12:40. I came back at 3:15 to wait for them to open as well as two other cars doing the same. I am leaving now at 3:50 and no one vet came. Bad business. If your not going to be there. Just leave a note that says your not opening at all. Waste of two trips. Everyone else is also leaving.

Great price and service. Delivery was done ahead if schedule the same day. Bought a fridge for hundreds less because it had little ding on it.Great experience. Will be back for Washer and Dryer .

This place is great they have all kinds of stuff in there that I was looking for from Ice boxes washers dryers you name it freezers a lot less than the big box stores I would recommend it to anybody

Excellent deals here! Great customer service in finding just what you need. Plenty of items to choose from, and if they don't have what you need...you can always check back later...they're always getting new stuff in.

My wife and I relocated to Fresno from the mid US and had to purchase appliances for our entire kitchen needs. Ken took such an interest in our requirements and what we had to spend and tirelessly assisted us with our selections. We were able to obtain top-of-the-line appliances at great discounts that fell within our budget. Their delivery service and set up was prompt and efficient. There was a wall bracket for the microwave that I had personally chose to install that was not included in the packaging, I called Ken and it was taking care of immediately with no issues. The discounts received were due to minor blemishes on the units. Most scuffs or scratches were in areas that would not be seen or that were so insignificant they were not an issue for us compared to the savings in addition to the rebates that we received from the manufacture. The real nice experience was Ken took care of all of the paperwork required for the rebate, we only had to sign and mail them. Rebates came in the mail short time later, we've been enjoying our appliances and life has been good. I would recommend this appliance store to anyone looking to replace one, two or all of your appliances, including washer and dryer's. Customer satisfaction is their number one goal and my wife and I experienced it. We felt that we received the best value for money spent on any purchase that we made for all of our home renovation upgrades.Regards,Rod

I had a really great experience here. Ken helped me out and answered all my questions. He found me exactly what I was looking for and it was a lot cheaper than Home Depot or Lowes. This place has a wide variety of appliances and everything is cheap. Most stuff might have a few dings or dents here and there, but it is all still in great condition. Can't beat their prices. Will definitely be back!

DO NOT GO HERE! First, you can go to Lowe's and buy an appliance for just about the same price and be sure it will stay functional. The people who work here are rude and the appliances are junk! This company does not stand behind the appliances they sell and there IS NOT always a warranty. The service company they use is also HORRIBLE. Please avoid buying appliances here as they will rip you off. Trust me you get what you pay for.
