We had a residential generated installed and had an awesome experience with Shaun and Shannon. They were so amazing with their experience, knowledge and professionalism we couldn't be happier. With the uncertainty in CA and the rolling blackouts happening every summer, we know our family and home will be safe and secure with our backup generator running smoothly and efficiently! Westech Systems didn't deserve even one star, however, that was the lowest rating I could give them. We have used Westech or tried to use Westech twice. The first time they cancelled our appointment (at the time they were to show up) and rescheduled. The electrician who came out did a fine job. Because of this we decided to hire them again. Today they called about 15 minutes after the time our electrician should arrived. The told us they were running behind but would call us in 45 minutes to confirm a time they would be out. We were never called back. At this time we cancelled our appointment.I would caution anyone thinking about using them. They have no regard for their customer or their customers time. We have another electrician coming and will not use Westech Systems again.

I was getting a warning alert on my Generac generator, and the company that installed it was less than interested in coming out and fixing it. But how happy I am to find Westech. They came out the same morning I called them which is really awesome. Richard was amazing and fixed my problems. He explained things clearly and I was very comfortable with his expertise. I will be using Westech from now on. Thank you at Westech for your help and your patience with me!
