Preordered my sandwich so that I can quickly grab and go. When I got home I opened my sandwich and to my disbelief this is what I found.... A sandwich with no lettuce, no house mayo, no tomato, 2 slivers of cucumber and some onion. I also asked for a pickle on the side and it was literally just floating around in the bag. Not even in a bag or anything.. the napkins were soaked from pickle juice. Won't be going back here. Side note; I have been to the one on Friant and that location was amazing and I didn't have these issues. So just go to the one on friant.

Had to go back because they didn't give me my full order( I know better and should have checked) got home and this is the Mac and cheese they gave me. Microwaved to an extreme melted the container it was in and they thought it was no big deal. Used to love this place now it's gone way down hill!

This place was great! Food was quick and very tasty. I went to the one on Friant/Fresno street. The salad was one of the best I've had and a large amount. Great place for a soup, salad or a sandwich!

Really poor service here. I had a coupon for buy one entree, get one free. I wanted to order one sandwich and one salad. I was told by the cashier the bogo only applies for sandwiches or salads. So I had to either get 2 sandwiches or 2 salads. I've mixed and matched the bogo before. The cashier says whoever let me do it before made a mistake. I offered to pay for the higher price entree, the cashier said nope they can't do it. Doesn't make any sense, but fine. I decide to order 2 sandwiches. I ask for the turkey garlic pesto sandwich, they start making the pesto chicken sandwich. When I politely tell them what I ordered, the workers audibly sigh and appear exasperated. You have to ask for the free side pickle or they won't give it to you. I ask for the side pickle, and they try to charge me 25 cents for something that is free. So ridiculous. I checked the bag before I left, and I didn't get my side pickle. When I get home, I see they didn't add the lettuce and tomato on the sandwich I asked for. I would only recommend this place if you'd like poor service and the wrong order.

ordered the lobster roll at the Clovis Herndon & Fowler location. and it looked NOTHING like the picture on the order board. What we got appeared to be flatbread rather than a sourdough roll and you couldn't see any meat. Upon unwrapping it, you could see the meat if you peeled open the bread. wish we'd taken a pic. it was probably 3 to 4 tbsp if mixed seafood salad spread out thin. very disappointed. i may contact the franchise main office. maybe other locations are better.

West Coast Sourdough never disappoints! Their bread is sooooo good. French dips are the best! Clam chowder is tasty. If you order a bread other than sourdough, the sandwich is a 1/3 of the size for the same price, which sucks. Other than that--love this spot, even on Door Dash.

Went to the newly opened store in Citrus Heights and it was very good highly recommend very fresh sourdough baked bread on my turkey sandwich and loved every bite. Good job. ----- *** I gave a great review yesterday of this shop in Citrus Heights, but then went again today got the same exact order as I did yesterday. The bread was cold today. I expected a warm sandwich so if there's inconsistencies with how they serve, I would rather have a hot sourdough bread sandwich

First time ever I ordered from here. Let me tell you that I purchased the clam chowder bread bowl. However, I enhanced it with a small table spoon size of the their tomato soup. WOW, what an amazing combo. The clam chowder was a little salty for my liking, however, when you add the tomato bisque lowers the salt flavor but adds a great boost. I highly recommend this place.

I have had mostly good experiences with this business. The only problems come when they are training new staff. It's my favorite sandwich place because I love sour dough and they offer Kalamata olives and many ways to make your sandwich your way!

I called them to ask about a large catering order (100+people) earlier this week. They put me in touch with the manager and he was super helpful with both placing the order online and navigating the website. I was able to place the order with everything that I needed. I ordered the 4" sandwiches, Turkey, Cracked Pepper Turkey, Ham, Roast Beef, and vegetarian. I also ordered the catering salads ( Chicken Caesar & Greek Salad with out the ham). I also ordered a mixture of cold drinks. The catering lunch was today and everyone loved it. We ran out of salad dressing so next time I will get extra but everything was fantastic. Thanks again to the 3090 W. Shaw location team. I will definitely be back again.
