Wendy's

I just left the drive thru and got a perfect meal. That's the good part, the great part was the customer service I received from Thalea. She has the perfect drive thru voice. I could tell she was smiling thru the speaker. I get to the windows to pay and yes, she's smiling! Great employee! Thank you!

Stopped by around 8 to grab an iced coffee (vanilla is really sweet-- how I like it)! The lady working the drive thru was energetic and super sweet. Will most likely come back here for coffee instead of other fast food spots due to the amazing customer service:)

I came here Shaw and Cedar near Fresno State on 10/13/21 for lunch since I am working in the office now a few times a week. I didn't feel like returning home for lunch as I wanted to save gas and get something quick and close so I can go to Robinson park and enjoy my lunch. I was never a Wendy's fan until I met the dude which we never got Wendy's but wanted to try to the MAJOR BAG ALERT during the height of the pandemic but we never made it and tried it before their other deals came along. I arrived a little before 12pm and I am a sucker for a cheap delicious meal and Wendy has their fabulous 4 for $4 which is totally hard to beat like Ralley's use to have their 3 for $3. I try to stay away from the cheap fast food as I could as I can easily pack on the pounds and try to actively eat healthy but anyways with their deal you have your choice of sandwich which I always opt for the Chicken Sandwich no mayo, add cheese and bacon, it comes with fries, drink of your choice and 4 piece chicken nugget. Anywho, there was a decent long wait but not too long to the point that I wanted to leave the line and go but it was wait-able. I ordered the cashier was very friendly and complimented my fresh stiletto nails which any compliment these days make my day! Once I paid and moved up the line the food came out very quick and my order was very accurate. I thanked all the Wendy's employees for what they do as they make this Yelp Princess so happy for getting my order right! Especially the NO MAYO! Yay. I went to the park and was delighted with my meal and it was so delicious and tasty. No complaints at all. I will be returning to this location as my food was hot, fresh and on point like my nails!Great fast meal that hit the spot. I love Wendys and looking forward to trying out their new breakfast too for $1 they got going on! Will be returning soon! I dig this location.

Drive-thru taken and ordered 2 junior frosty. He said they do not have chocolate. Just took vanilla then. Paid for the order and the worker was masked and nice and went to the next window. The worker there was was masked and nice, handed over the order and wished a good day! That was this morning. Put it in the freezer. Saved for dinner. Dinner has arrived. The junior vanilla frosty was really delicious! Liked it just as much as the chocolate! ;)~My mother said hers was Really Good! Good service and delicious vanilla frosties. Recommended!

Party of 2. In my personal opinion, this place is definitely no longer considered a fast food restaurant for me. During my college years, the service was amazing and the quality of food was great! Fast forward to the year 2021, the service is below "0" and this specific restaurant should be removed from the "fast food" restaurant list. It was hardly a busy morning. Maybe, if even that, one customer inside and about 4 in drive thru (us being 4th). Let me first say, I don't think I've ever been in a drive thru for this long before, about 25 minutes, for 2 breakfast sandwiches and an order of potato wedges. When we rolled up to the window, there were two female workers , then they disappeared for the longest time, no one came to check on us or had the common courtesy to let us know what exactly why we were waiting for. As you can see, it was like a ghost town inside. All you heard was shuffling and a bunch of buttons peeping inside. When someone finally came to the window, we finally got to ask what was taking so long, the lady went to go check and said she was waiting for the eggs to cook. My sister responded, "the eggs have been cooking for about 15-20 minutes?!" When we finally received our food, my sister informed them, they need to work on bettering their timing, and the lady agreed. As far as the quality of the food, it was ok, but the egg was definitely not worth the 20+minute wait!Definitely not coming back!

I always hesitate to write reviews on chain fast food places because they can be so hit and miss. If my experience was good, I cannot say that the same friendly folks/ good cooks who were working when I came, will be there when you go...on the other hand, if my experience was bad, it doesn't mean yours will be...Just a disclaimer! Anyways, this Wendy's drive thru was a good experience. Staff was friendly during the lunch period, it was about 12:45pm, so maybe the lunch "rush" was over, but I was the only car in line. So I ordered quickly, and came around to the window. What I was impressed with was that I received separate bags for the hot and cold items. Yes, it might be wasteful (hey, I did reuse the plastic bag!) but I really don't like when "hot items" make what are supposed to be "cold items" warm! It's bothersome, and I was happy to see they did not do this. So Kudos to Wendy's!

Amazing place and amazing staff make sure to look out for Betty She is such a kind, funny, and caring individual and the food was wonderful!

Samuel is extremely uncourteous of customers request, during my time going though the drive through I was shown an outrageous amount of disrespect from the employees. The female who was handing the cash at the window was also impolite laughing at my request of "freshly made fry's" when I asked why my fries are always cold once given her response was "I don't bag the order , "Samuel" does". There was also ongoing chatter of them making fun of customers, and orders I don't see why this action is necessary it's unacceptable. This is fast food not a high school environment. But I guess this is what you get from management hiring high school delinquents as employees. Do better !

The chicken nuggets are really good but the table are not clean the the floor are clean

Be sure to check your bag at the drive through because they might forget an item or two smh
