Wendy's

7/23/23 Getting junior chocolate frosties to go with dinner! Drive-thru: 2 ordered. The worker was pretty awful. Why? Don't like giving bad reviews, but goodness! Dinner! Good thing, the worker filled the frosties up and they were really good and enjoyed by me and mother! Awful service, but at least the frosties were good!

My fiancé and I ordered from here 2 nights ago and we were both up all night and day yesterday with food poisoning. The worst either of us had! Both of us had to call out of work yesterday and still feel horrible today. We order different items which makes me think they aren't refrigerating their food properly. Avoid this location!

Wow, seriously you realize fast food sucks now. There is no reason in the world to buy a hamburger from a place like Wendy's when you can go to any other smaller hamburger place and get better service better quality at a better price. I went to Wendy's yesterday thinking that I would get a hamburger. When I walked into the Wendy's I was shocked by the price of everything and then by the employees who make at least $20 an hour not even showing any concern whatsoever for a customer. I use the mobile app that Wendy's has tried to order my food and literally it would not let me complete my order because the national website was not aware that the local Wendy's did not have chocolate Frosty. It was not good that I had a problem trying to order with a web-based application but when I got to the counter and I realized that their bacon had been sitting there for probably two days or so and it look disgusting and their french fries look dry and old you realize how much money are paying for. Totally shitty food. If you really want a good hamburger, go to hammy's Smashburger. Literally, you will get a better hamburger at a better price with employees that treat you like a human being instead of just some irritant that walked in the door.

What a shame! Not even 6:30pm on a Thursday night and the dining room is closed. Lots of people wanting to dine in and can't. People driving away cause of this. Oh and the baconator is so small not worth the $15 I paid.

Came in for lunch at 11:10 in the morning and have waited over 25 minutes for a very basic order of a burger, fries and drink. No excuse for that slow of service at a time and it's not remotely busy. Fast food has lost its meaning

Omg I never go Wendy's been probably 10 years I love Wendy's wow there chillie with onions & cheese So gooD I ordered a cheese burger dip it in my chillie o & added there chillie season in to my chillie so good loved thier frys I allways ordered a milkshakes not thus instead fir the first time I tried a chcolate frosty wow I like the frosty better then a shake dud alot of first times today I love Wendy's I surly Do this is the Wendy's in madera I live in madera" great job madera!!

I typically love this locations, I have never had an issue here but today they brewed ice tea was SOOO watered down. Was a bit disappointed.

Took around 30-40 minutes to get my order because there were still waiting for the frosty machine to get cold to thicken them. Berry frosty was alright not bad but was starting to melt a little when I got it, at least I got it though, and I prefer chocolate anyways but they were out and only had berry. The real disappointment was the Ghost pepper Chicken ranch sandwich, despite it having maybe just a touch of ghost pepper, there was barely any kick at all, honestly not even the level of heat you'd get from a jalapeno, huge let down, if it says ghost pepper you should expect at least some level of heat... and more than a jalapeno. The sandwich was also dry, and barely had any sauce. I'm not sure if it will be different for other locations, but at least from here this sandwich was sooo overhyped, next time if I ever even consider to order this Ghost Pepper Chicken Ranch sandwich again, it actually needs a good amount more kick and add a decent amount of sauce before calling it such!

Dude at the window wanted to charge us more than what we owed for the coffee even though on the website it says $1.69 and he charged us $6.38 for two. ON TOP of that he had an attitude muttering behind the window "Are you fking kidding me" when we refused to pay

I ordered a triple Dave's burger with no onions or tomatoes. Both were put on my burger. Then I ordered Chilli cheese fries and got the baconator fries instead. My whole meal was messed up. And it took them 20 minutes to get it to me. That whole time I was waiting for my food, like 5 families came in after me and got they meals before me. Even though I ordered first. I didn't even have time to sit and eat for lunch. All bad
