Wendy's

7/2/23 Wendy's has strawberry frosty! Two ordered in the drive-thru. Juniors. The worker was nice. Line moved quickly! Dinner! Strawberry frosty was delicious and enjoyed! Good service and delicious strawberry frosty! Highly recommended!

They don't care about their customers. We ordered a Blt chicken sandwich and got plain chicken. No sauce packets for chili no crackers. No cheese. Rude when. I called. Blamed door dash. Didn't even get a spoon for my chili. I go there at least once a week . I think I'll go else where. ​

Yelp removed my review of my experience with a rude cashier. Idk why? I was not trying to be offensive. I came on here to write about my experience again. It was with a rude female cashier that could use customer service training. She argued back and forth with me and that is NOT PROFESSIONAL. I'll keep it at that.

I pulled into the drive up window at 10:28 and was told that breakfast is over. We only serve breakfast until 1030 and to quote " we got no more breakfast." When I said my cell phone says it's 1028. She said we are out of breakfast No more Wendy's for me

Came here because it was close by from my medical appt. Received a free size fry by using the mobile app. What size do ya think. LOLOrdered a Dave's Dble. I've always enjoyed their burgers but my meds leaves my tastebuds half dead. Service was quick as I picked up in the drive thru. I was actually only minutes away. Maybe 5 the most. Fries were warm at best. Plentiful but soggy not crispy as I had expected. Burger was as to be expected. You know it wasn't cooked fresh. Not in 5 minutes - cooked, assembled,bagged and ready at the window. If "Quality is their recipe" they may want to research the word Quality. Love the bun. Soft and stays with the burger. Would I go back - ahhhhhh. It's been years since I was here before (Wendy's)It may be years more. Jus Sayin

I have been meaning to try Wendy's breakfast for quite a while. I really enjoy their spicy Chicken sandwich, so when I saw a chicken biscuit sandwich on the breakfast menu, I was excited. What can I say? This was a dismal failure! It's not the same chicken as in the lunch/dinner chicken sandwiches. It's also much smaller. The breading on the chicken had a flavor that reminded me of the smell of a Christmas tree. The honey butter sauce only made the Christmas tree taste, sweeter. The biscuit was unreasonably hard. My guess was the biscuit was stale. The only reason I would order breakfast again is to get the breakfast wedges. The seasoning was on point! The wedges are not good enough to go out of the way for, but good.Hopefully, the don't change the good chicken sandwichs

Fail on Dave's single. Supposed to have 2 slices of cheese. It only has 1.What's up with that. Wendy's website shows 2 slices. Obviously the store is ripping off customers. Not enough sauces. Dry burger. Other stuff was fine so 2 stars for that.

Ouch, $8.28 for a large coke and a small frosty. Guess I will be packing an ice chest from now on. I am not blaming the restaurant but am blaming the sorry excuse politicians in Sacramento. I feel bad for the employees that will lose their jobs when these restaurants reduce staff or outright close.

Rachel was rude at drive thru. Service with negative attitude. Use to be nice here and now she made the experience a bad one. And order wasn't complicated.. chicken nuggets.

Would give zero stars if possible! Picked up dinner greasy cold floppy fries, one fry left out of the order, asked to sun out pretzel bun and they did not. STAY AWAY!! Clearly no management or standards.
