Wendy's

Noticing a downhill trend at this location. Too bad. They used to be really good. Ordered 2 items. By the time I got to the window my bag was being dangled out the window. Get home take a bite. Ok. Good. Fresh. Next bite, WTH is this? I can't bite into it. Thinking maybe it's the bacon. Look a little closer, not bacon. Paper. Paper! Assuming, hoping, fingers-crossed it's from the cheese! Take a little pride guys. Take a couple extra seconds to make sure you're giving a quality product to your customers! Giving 3 stars because I'm hoping this is an isolated incident.

This location was remodeled this year, so it's still new and sparkly lol. I can't recall when it opened back up again. It is conveniently located near City college on Blackstone. Since it's reopening, I've come several times, usually for spicy chicken nuggets for my daughter and frosty and fries for me. I looove Wendy's frosty and fries, eaten together since childhood. I don't even get why vanilla and strawberry flavors are necessary or anything to make me not order the regular frosty. I digress. The only problem, the only thing I could think of to take a star off is that sometimes the food is cold. Service is ok, never rude, and I haven't had any mistakes with orders. This last visit, I was amused by the sign about McDonald's eggs lol, had to share that one

Drive-thru taken. Line moved quickly. 2 junior chocolate frosties ordered. The worker was masked and kind. Tasty chocolate frosty and good service! Recommended!

Horrible customer service. The woman in the drive thru didn't even say hello, just stated how much I owe. Then took my card and when she went to give me my coffee there was hot coffee all over the lid and dripping down the side of the cup. She then proceeded to shove the bag of food out to me. I even said thank you nicely to see if she would say anything and she didn't...pretty bad service. Food was ok nothing great but hey it's fast food so you know what you're getting. Nevertheless, the staff need some training in customer service.

The age-old tale of the tortoise and the hare is as aged as some of the older stories out there. It's a myth representing the triumph of methodical and consistent effort, not giving up when times get tough, and the beauty of human achievement. When someone does something slowly, they win. When someone does something fastly, they die. This is where this Wendy's location shines: it is one of the slowest fast-food restaurants around, and like the tortoise, it's going to eventually make it to the finish line. And when it does, you're going to wrap your eager lips around that JBC, your tongue will tingle with tickle-me-golden French-fried potatoes, your mind will race with chicken nugget fantasies, your tummy will gurgle with densely fibrous chili beans. My darling bride and I tried the new seasonal pumpkin spice frosty, and it's good but maybe too sweet. If possible, I recommend sharing a small one with your sweetie pie, the love of your life. After you finish this little delight, you may find yourself thick and ready for another type of delight. When your sweetie grows impatient by your tyrannic tantric techniques and misery inducing edging, remind them of a certain reptilian hard-shelled slow-moving racer. Good things come in time, whether it's the sweet release of an oppressive build-up or one of the slowest drive-thrus in town.

I've been here before this time I went the lady had an attitude at the start. She needs to learn better customer service and treat customers nicely.

The worst Wendy's in Fresno by far lol. The only fast food establishment that will get your ENTIRE order wrong and then argue, get defensive, and gaslight you. I usually just take my L but the one time I actually came back for a refund, they said I was arguing with them and only tried to give me back .70 cents when I was being very calm and respectful lmfaooooo. Just ghetto. Stay away

Tonight I'm posting about my bad experience I had with my family at Wendy's on Blackstone Fresno California a drive-thru worker by the name of Chris at least that's the name he told us. Was very rude over talking us while we tried to make our order we also called to speak to and manager but he claimed they were too busy he knows who we are cuz we went there prior and had a bad experience. I recommend that when you go to that Wendy's to be cautious of the rude attitude and I will not ever go there again and I will be calling corporate

Went to order my fav salad, the apple pecan salad to go. Got home to find out that there is no blue cheese.. only thing that makes this salad good! :(

Wendy on line service is somewhat difficult to use. This isn't the first time and there have been other locations where I had problems. One location said they didn't have the ingredients to make the burger. Another time the cashier could do the order cause the manager wasn't there. It is a wonder that this company still exists. All I know is that I quit. Maybe if Wendy's is the last place to eat, but there be some excuse. Oh, no negative stars?
