I heard they're not even licensed anymore. So I'm going with somebody else next time after the quote I got was more expensive as well.

We couldn't have had a better moving experience. We are long past the age of paying friends with pizza and beer. Let me tell you, every penny spent with WDM is BEYOND worth it. From the moment we booked to complete move AND bed set up, the ENTIRE process was seem less. WDM pays attention to detail, supplying the right amount of labor and equipment as well as a gentle white glove service. I have moved many times and this is the first time NOTHING was broken. Some unique things- they were able to take apart IKEA furniture AND put it back together. In addition they moved VERY heavy gun safe. They were able to go up and downstairs without any issue. Despite the super hard labor, these guys kept a smile on their face the entire time and never used foul language. They were AMAZING and I highly recommend them!

I called to get a quote for my move. No one has return my call. I guess they don't want money. I found another mover. They sound efficient and very confident. I hope everything goes smoothly.

Don't use this company I highly recommend you use someone else they are liars from admin to owner to leaders. I rescheduled my moving 3 times, because my carpet was not in, the day the day movers showed up 3 hours late I was fine with that but they damage my refrigerator "stainless steel" on my granite countertop. I confronted the leader and he pretended there's nothing wrong with the fridge and when he seen the dent he said all that was there before I should've took a picture why am I trying what am I trying to get out of the company that they are working hard to move me out. I was stand right behind the movers and seen it with my 2 eyes. Then he starts to Disrespect me in my own home saying that I'm trying to get something out of the company that he's very upset at people like meMy wife and 2 kids and newborn was stranded because of them. Legal action coming up

Well done moving helped us move our big items from one townhouse to another. They had a job before so it delayed my start time, however, the staff kept me updated me about the time changes. The price was reasonable and the staff was fast, kind and efficient.

They walked off the job and left me stranded in LA, 300 miles away from my wife and newborn baby. We hired Well Done for a long distance move (LA to Fresno) based on their good reviews here, which now seem a bit suspect. Pay attention to the negative ones because they closely resemble my experience. I have moved homes 9 times for work, several times cross-country, so I'm very familiar with the process and what to expect from moving companies - I thought I had a seen it all: good movers and bad movers, from college kids to the big national companies. But I had never encountered anything like WDM. We had a three-day move scheduled - full pack and unpack of a 3-bedroom, 3-story house. The scheduling and estimate process with Lindsay was wonderful - she was super communicative and reassuring, but as other reviews have noted, that's where the good service stops. The team arrived late, without nearly enough boxes, filthy and smelly moving blankets, zero floor or home protection, and a seemingly inexperienced team that was visibly overwhelmed by the scope of the job. No pleasantries or introductions from the lead, instead they shoved a tablet in my hands and asked me to sign a 7-page contract that would have taken an hour to properly review. It seemed odd that they didn't send the contract in advance and weirdly pressure-ey the way it was handled, like they didn't want me to actually read it. I immediately noticed that their materials were all cheap and purchased from U-Haul, not the sturdy boxes, padded blankets, wide plastic wrap, dish packs, etc. you expect to see from professional movers. Nevertheless, we started the day with high hopes (after all, their reviews are all so good!) and the coffee and doughnuts we arranged for the crew. We provided high-quality KN-95 masks for the crew to protect them and ourselves (we included adjustable Velcro headbands to make sure they were comfortable for the long day). We respectfully asked them to wear the masks, noting that we had a 2-month-old in the family and were taking COVID-19 precautions very seriously. But, the lead mover, David (who carried an attitude from the moment he arrived) stopped wearing his after about two hours and instead wore a thin neck gaiter, usually under his nose. Communication from David and the team was poor, and at times combative: when we asked that our soft goods be packed in boxes instead of trash bags, one team member remarked "this is going to take all day." The team was disorganized and things were packed haphazardly. When David would give the team directions, they would ignore him and do their own thing - he was not in control.Even after I explained how the floors and home needed to be cared for, no attempt was made to protect our floors, railings, or doorways, and when I asked about it, David looked at me like I was crazy. They offered to put down their dirty and smelly felt pads (the same pads they will try to use in their next client's furniture) on WOOD floors, which would only have created a serious tripping/slipping hazard. But where things really went wrong was in how unprepared the crew was for this move. They brought maybe a dozen very dirty and moldy-smelling felt pads and a handful of boxes for a 3,000 sq. ft. house - cleary not enough, even to my untrained eye. When they ran out of moving boxes and started using the boxes that their bubble wrap came in to pack our glassware, I became very concerned. On top of that, the day was ending and very little progress had been made and I was worried we would need to add extra days to the move. When I called the main office to politely express my concerns, their response was to completely and without warning, WALK OFF THE JOB. They just left with no indication of what was happening or why. When I called Lindsay to ask what was going on, she said that Carlos, the owner of the company directed his team to abandon the job because, "we clearly won't be able to please you." I'm sorry, If politely asking for the job to be done following basic best practices of professional movers and on the agreed-to timeline are beyond their abilities, I question what their abilities are. I'm now left with a halfway (and poorly) packed house, and no hope for finding another mover before Christmas. The rest of my family, including my 2-month-old went ahead to Fresno and I now likely won't be seeing them before Christmas, as I try to find replacement movers during a pandemic, the week before the holiday. Even if they had the decency to recognize the vulnerable position my family was in and finish the job, this would still be a negative review for the unprofessionalism described above, but now they did the unthinkable: stranding me away from my family a few short days before Christmas. I highly recommended you look elsewhere for your moving needs.

I have to say moving is terrible. Nothing fun about it but these guys right here made the experience totally enjoyable. We had another moving guy we used to use but decided to branch out and try someone different. So glad we did! I have a family of 4 but the amount of crap we have could supply a small compound. We also have extra large scale furniture, very fragile items and a piano. Because of that we requested 4 guys and 4 guys showed up and on time! I should mention we live in Visalia and they were still on time driving from Fresno. These guys handled everything with such care. Our last moving company moved at a snails pace, which gave us anxiety because of the hourly rate and the bill that was going to be handed to us at the end. This team right here hustled the ENTIRE TIME! I wasn't watching the clock and feeling stressed because of the price tag behind that clock. Moving is freaking expensive - and I felt like they respect my stuff and finances. Lastly, my husband just had back surgery so he can not lift and these guys were so gracious and put the furniture we need together for us. I am so, so, so pleased with the service we received and would absolutely recommend this team. Side note: these guys work their asses off, so if you hire them please buy them lunch and some nice snacks. (Red Bull's and snickers) they deserve it! Thanks again guys. You rock. I'm so happy and pleased with the service you provided for me and my family!

I decided to go with WDM again for my warehouse equaling a very full truck! Moving from Fresno to Southern California. Felt like family as Anthony, James and Fernando were my superheroes last time! Friendly, reliable, very strong and with attention to detail!! I can't say enough good on this company. The team that unloaded with Anthony was awesome and went above and beyond to finish my move. Thank you so much for all your hard work!!

THEY WALKED OFF THE JOB! Just before Christmas. A two month old BABY in the family ---JUST BEFORE CHRISTMAS!!!! We are two families and WE ARE STRANDED IN ANOTHER CITY! Still looking to go home. Why? Because we expressed our frustration that they are not doing their PROMISED job. This job was a $7,000 job. Not a starving student price. We were paying huge money for a promised "excellent" job. Apparently this company cannot do a higher level professional job that they said they could. We wanted to support a Fresno business, but this company has a long way more to go:1. Zero hardwood floor protection on an all hardwood floor house. ZERO. 2. Zero protection for the three story railing. ZERO. 3. They run OUT OF BOXES!!!! No plan to replenish. 4. Very stinky moldy blankets that were shedding. 5. Very poor wrapping skills. 6. The team of 3 was OVERWHELMED due to lack of preparation. 7. The team was not working in a coordinated manner resulting in a very slow execution. 8. They showed up LATE!9. ZERO protection for our floor RUGS. They never rolled them away, but walked all over and packaged stuff on top of our beautiful rugs!10. Instead of talking through our complaints and finding a solution -- they walked off the job! HAVE YOU EVER HEARD THAT?MERRY CHRISTMAS CARLOS (owner) AND LINDSEY!!!Thank you for ruining our Christmas and to remember this for the rest of our lives. Our baby is only 2 months old and we will always remember this Christmas.

My first contact was with Jeannette who was kind, patient, efficient and organized. Jeanette is the reason I decided to work with this moving company. She got the moving ball rolling. James and Jacob, the moving team, arrived 15 minutes early which worked out perfect for me and my busy Saturday. They were both kind, efficient and gentle with my items to be moved. They completed the job thoroughly and as agreed upon.I highly recommend Well Done Moving.
