AVOID Wagner! This man is currently under investigation by the State Bar of CA and being disciplined by them for unethical and illegal procedures. He stole over $350,000.00 from my client trust account while him and I had a fee dispute going on with another lawyer by the name of Larry Rothstein out of Westlake Village, CA. He also poorly represented my case. Once insurance paid out settlement they were done and never finished their job of settling liens and so much more!!!. Keep in mind. I'm a 28 year old male who has had two major spine surgeries, 3 surgeries on my left arm, over 30 procedures on my spine, shattered teeth, a broken nose and more from the car accident. This man is a crook! If you have him retained right now, I highly suggest you get out of your retainer agreement and find a different lawyer. This man will be put behind bars for embezzling funds from my Trust Account and is either going to be disciplined by the CA STATE BAR or have his license to practice law taken from him. We are actively pursuing Butch Wagner (Nicholas Wagner) & Larry A. Rothstein and the CA STATE BAR IS HEAVILY INVOLVED. We are actively pressing charges against him for Embezzelment. Run as far away from Butch Wagner & his firm! And to top it off during current investigation with CA State Bar... I guess Butch Wagner has already had disciplinary action taken against him by the CA State Bar!
