Dr. Jake is definitely a good doctor and very thorough with you, but the reason I'm giving a 1 star is because the receptionist failed to inform me that my insurance was out of network with them, and after visiting the first time for a new patient exam I wasn't told anything even upon leaving and scheduling a next check up appointment, it was only until I had gone in because I was having some tooth pain and asked after the appointment was done if they were in network, I was told no and that I had an outstanding balance upwards of $400 on my account not including what was done at that appointment which would bring my total up to more than $600. Horrible patient service, Now i'm stuck with a huge bill I can't afford. DO NOT GO HERE.

scheduling was a disaster due to the office not planning for enough time to do a crown plus a simple cleaning and one single surface small filing over two appts.paid to bring in an anesthesiologist for a permanent disabling nerve condition and the former receptionist did not leave enough time to do the cleaning not the small filling.to top that off, their office up-sold a monthly charge of over 200$ for regular treatments and for over a year that was paid for no service at all.trying to get the services we were promised and being forced in order to get the promised cleaning and small filling that's well overdue they now are demanding a payment for another di set of X-rays as well as another's consultation fee on top of what was already paid.Mt partner, who has been medically HIPPA paperwork authorized, to discuss all medical treatments in writing, is making one last effort before we have to go a different direction in order to hold them accountable for their poor scheduling at our tremendous expense and forgoing paying for IV sedation as we have so little faith that their office will actually complete the procedures as promised last time and waste thousands of dollars on top of what was already thrown away in the office scheduling debacle.Be very cautious as what is promised is not what was received.

Love this place. Very efficient about reminders, kind staff, and Dr W is always very personable and good about ensuring you're getting the best experience. Office is clean, up to date on latest research and techniques to improve experience, and manages to be very respectful of their clients time.

Dr Weissich is the best dentist I've ever had. He set me totally at ease onsite of my severe dental anxiety

Great experience! I'm very nervous about drilling on my teeth and never thought I would get this tooth done. Dr. Weissich doesnt make you feel rushed and gives you details of what's going to happen step by step if that's what you want. I didnt even need relaxers I was so comfortable. The staff is great too!!!

The staff is extremely helpful! Dr. Jake really cares about the well being of his patients. The care I have received here has been exceptional! I feel so happy that I have finally found an amazing dentist and a wonderful staff!

Dr. W and his team are great! I have been going to them since he started & have always had a good experience. They are so professional and personable. The hygienists do a great job and are timely for those on a schedule. I recommend Dr. W for everyone looking for a great dentist.

I was visiting Fresno in May for a seminar and had a crown come off while flossing. My tooth was extremely sensitive and I felt I needed to have it repaired ASAP. The organizer of the seminar recommended Dr. Weissich. I called hoping they might be able to see me in the next day or so... The receptionist put me on hold and then came back on telling me they could see me at noon. Woohoo! The office is clean, bright and nicely decorated. Every person I interacted with was friendly and compassionate about my anxiety and the pain I was experiencing. They did some Xrays, then the Dr came in and examined the tooth. Luckily, he said he could just re-cement it! Because of the sensitivity, he knew I needed novocaine. He also offered Nitrous Oxide to help alleviate my anxiety, but I declined. He was careful to numb my gums first and then very gently administered the novocaine. After cleaning and recementing, I was out the door! Such a great experience - friendly, efficient, skilled and well-run. The only downside was that they were not on my dental insurance plan, but even at home it's been hard to find a dentist that is. In spite of that, If I lived in Fresno, he'd be my dentist!!

I am a returning patient. Previously I was coming here because I had double coverage and they accepted both but one was out of network. This can cause a bit of the coverage to be out of pocket. I left this practice and went to 3 other dentists with superb reviews that were in network for both my insurances. I wasn't happy with any of them. Not their offices, not the staff, not the dentists. None of them can compare at all to Doctor Jacob and his amazing staff. So I had to return to this office and bring my husband and kids as well. He is worth paying the small out of pocket costs. This office is so insanely detailed with exams and explanations. I have never even seen the tech they have anywhere else. The staff is so friendly it makes you feel so comfortable and welcoming. Office is always super clean and music is playing in the background. Dr Jacob has had to retreat a couple of teeth that other dentists made mistakes on. He's found things that no one else has caught. This is huge to me because when I say I'm having pain and he can't detect on an X-ray he sends you out or digs deeper and this is how he's found there was in fact something wrong. Because he listens so well and doesn't just brush things off, it has saved me from so much tooth pain. He's very patient with my younger son as well. They have tablets that latch above so you can enjoy a show with headphones (that they provide) while your teeth are worked on. This is helpful for kiddos too. I cannot recommend this office enough for adults and children.
