Racist much. The cashier was rude and condescending. Made many side remarks. We called and asked if they had a certain vape. The employee said yes so we hung up. When we got there we were told you cannot purchase a vape unless it's online and they charge me us a service fee. So we can't pay in cash and our being charged a service fee? No it wasn't taxes it was a service fee this place is a scam. Also, don't use their iPad to signup because everyone who signs up can see your info. When Caucasian came in the employee was nice and friendly. But when it came to us he was short and impatient.

They had terrible service, goober workers and super sketch as well. I would avoid this place. Way better options in town then this dump

This is not a good business to do business with. My husband goes it to purchase the cartridge that goes to his vape. The gentleman checked the size and sold my husband a package of 3. My husband gets home and it was the wrong cartridge we go back to return it and the owner said no exchange all sales are final. We left so disappointed and left the cartridge's being we didn't need them they don't fit. Thank God we use our bank card to pay called our bank put a dispute in and low and behold we got our money back. Visalia Vapes lost a really good customer and we will be sure and tell everyone do not use this business. Buyer Beware do not use this business

Probably one of the best places to stock up on Vape juice, accessories and the mods. Their service is probably incomparable to the other locations that just treat you as a customer. Visalia Vapes treats you as a client and tries their best to fit your current needs without overhyping products or trying to upsell you with over the top mods when your needs could be fulfilled by a more cost effective alternative. Will be keeping this place as my only stop for future needs.

Just pick up a hohm slice and 2 26650 batteries. Works fantastic. Also picked up a Merlin mini rta and SVRF 60 ML juice..Merlin with single coil deck and 5 wrap 3mm Clapton single coil is the shizz on this atty. Thick vapor and superb flavor, probably the best rta on the market for that type of vaping style aka restricted lung hit. 10 out of 10 for this one. Build came out to .5 ohms. Cotton bacon wick. Build quality of the rta is great. No leaking easy to build. Once again Gerry I can't miss with your recommendations. 10 stars if I could.

Dakota, the worker who helped me, answered my questions very clearly. He was very honest and didn't oversell me something I didn't need. Very nice.But there were TWO ocassons where I went in for juice and after picking out a flavor on the menu, the guy shuffled around some unorganized boxes of bottles on the floor and told me that, and I' paraphrasing, "I know we have that flavor, but it's buried somewhere in there. You probably are gonna have to skip on that one today." WHAT? Cmon. Do your job. Unacceptable.Everything else, prices and variety, are the definition of mediocre. But hey, I guess when there's nowhere else in tow, you can be lazy.

Hours on Yelp are different then actual hours posted at the store. As far as selection it's meh.

I wrote a bad review a few weeks ago. And now I recant my statement. I got a call today about having juice for me after 3 months of not getting my order. Derek ended up calling me & apologized profusely about not getting my juice order. So he rectified the issue & I'm pleased to be a customer again

RON helped me today. He is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! It's been a while since I've used my vape so it was pretty outdated, but he helped me purchase a tank that would still work with what I have since I didn't want to spend too much money. This place has a wide variety of juice selection, mods, and tanks. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good, clean vape shop. Also, their prices are more than fair!!
