Tickets to turn in and wanting to get Pinot Noir. Unfortunately, they didn't have Pinot, but they did have Sutter Malbec wine on sale. Got that and asked about Pinot. The worker was very kind and said they were waiting on receiving a shipment that has been hard to get with the holiday. Turned in the tickets. Got gum too. Look forward to Malbec on Sunday! Luckily, with the tickets, I didn't owe anything and the worker bagged it l with well wishes! Thank you! Good service and liquor store! Recommended!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! IT IS A SCAM! This store might be fine in person, but their online service is a nightmare. I rarely write reviews, but our wedding wine order disaster compelled me to share. Despite paying for expedited shipping, the tracking number they sent was incorrect and not even for our package. No one answers the phone, and Jessica--our main contact--completely dropped communication, leaving us in the dark. Without explanation, our order was suddenly refunded, but with zero follow-up or acknowledgment. A refund is the bare minimum, but the complete lack of transparency and customer care is unacceptable. Save yourself the stress, money, and frustration--look elsewhere!
