Honestly, I don't want to rent anywhere else after living here. lolWe moved into the 2bd 2.5 bth last October and signed a 14 month lease, and we LOVE this place. The apartment is beautiful, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, ceiling fans (that also dim), and HUUUUGE closets in the bedrooms!! The grounds are always kept clean and the yard company comes every week. The manager Sarah is super sweet and always takes care of anything we need. And the electric BBQ grills by the pool (w/ lunch tables) is really nice during the summer to go BBQ and swim. We love our home here. :) Oh, and they have a beautiful clubhouse where they serve breakfast (yogurt/pastries/coffee/snack) on Saturday mornings!

I love this place. I've lived here for over a year. The complex is beautiful and peaceful. Our great staff respond immediately to any concerns. By far the best rental experience I've ever had.

Best apartments I've ever lived in so happy to call this place home super updated we'll worth the price super friendly staff and super nice quiet complex love my apartment!!! Highly recommend if your looking for a nice place to live where the staff are constantly on top of providing you with the best living experience!

Got approved to move into Villa Siena in September AFTER they requested over $3000 to move in (pet deposit, security deposit, additional security deposit, and prorated rent). They claimed the additional security deposit was due to a "conditional" approval from my boyfriend's credit score. I kindly asked them for an average amount of what repairs cost upon move out and they refused to give me a ballpark amount.They stated that they would black light the apartment AFTER we moved out to ensure no pet damage. I inquired if I could attend the black light of the prior residents that were moving out to ensure they couldn't blame me for anything after I moved out. Royal T management claimed they couldn't do that. BS! How are you going to require me to partake in a black light for pet damage after I move out but I'm not allowed to see the before? Scandalous much?The real zinger came because my boyfriend got relocated from his home due to the high speed rail. Therefore, the state requires certain things from wherever you are moving out to. Royal T refused to help us and dropped a hint that we were trying to get Section 8 approval. Uh, no. Secondly, Kristie at Royal T told my boyfriend that he 'asked too many questions' and had 'reservations' of us moving in because it seemed like we were asking questions so we could break rules (you didn't have reservations when you took our deposit). WTF. I am paying you $1200/month to live here and can't ask questions?! OK.Long story short, we pulled the plug for their refusal to respond to us or the state worker from the high speed rail, and for the rude unprofessional remarks from their manager.We got approved somewhere else within a day (no "conditional" acceptance, we are paying MORE (yes we can afford it), and in a much nicer area of Fresno.Don't move here unless you plan on not asking ANY questions about a place you're going to make your home. Just give them your money and shut your mouth.P.S. The girls at the front are great! It's Royal T management that sucks!

I've been here 3 years. These apartments are very nice and luxurious. I always get complimented when people visit. Also they're well built. No thin walls here! The issue is the price. I understand it costs money to have nice things! But my rent will be $995 for a 1x1 as if 2/1/16. That's rather steep for NW Fresno in a declining area. I used to pay $820 just two years ago and that was fair. Even $900 is fair. But not $995. People are socked when I tell them my rent. I nearly cry each time the price leaves my mouth. I blame the inflation on the property's management company called Royal T Management. They're terrible, but that's a different review. If you're familiar with Fresno, I'm probably headed Dominion Heights at Champlain and Perrin. $990 for a 1x1 in NE Fresno.They're updated, similarly sized, and same amenities. I rather get gouged for the $990 there than here. Lol. 2 star for price and 4 stars for the complex. For a overall score of 3 stars. Anyways, that's my review. Hope it helps!

This was a safe haven for me when I needed a place to call home after my divorce and house sale. Athena manager was awesome on top of all request. Ivan was quick for any repairs. If your looking for a beautiful quiet place to live, please stop here amazing location and staff. Thanks Athena and Ivan wish I could take you with me to my new condominium.

Live here for 4years and every year there is a new manager. The problems you get once move in.. They hardly pick up the phone or respond back when you have a problem with something in the apartment and needs repair but when you step in the the office. The manger is alway on there person phone.

Lived here for just over 2 years and LOVED it. The apartments are very nice, beautiful counter tops, appliances and carpet. The staff is very friendly and nothing took longer than 5 or 6 hours to have fixed.

A friend lives here, these apartments are nice as hell! Not sure of the price range but I'm sure it's high.

Absolutely LOVE living in this community. It is quiet and safe and everyone is friendly. Athena is always very helpful, friendly and works hard to put on fun community events and raffles that everyone enjoys. She stays on top of all work orders and will follow up after they have been completed. The maintenance worker, Ivan, works quickly and neatly to complete all work, often on the same day the work order is placed! They are both very friendly and will always say hello when passing by. The apartments are spacious and have beautiful interior. I love having a washer and dryer in my unit and an ice maker (which is a must for Fresno summers). The grounds are well maintained and are perfect for walking your dog or taking a stroll.
