Villa Faria Apartments

If I could give no stars, I would. Do not rent from them, the apartments may be beautiful, but the rental price is too high. Learn from my mistake. I only lived there for 13 months, and it wasn't long enough to do any considerable damage to the apartment. Be careful when you move in and nitpick at everything that could possibly be wrong. Because after you have signed your walk through statement, they will go back into the apartment and charge you for every little thing that they find fault with.... whether it was your doing or not. In other words, you will not get your deposit back and you will have to owe them money. You would be better off renting a home.

This has been the finest apartment complex I've resided in to date. The premises are impeccably maintained, a pristine pool and excellent gym facility. The office staff, particularly Tamara and her husband, exhibit exceptional care, kindness, and efficiency in addressing any requests. I highly recommend this complex; it epitomizes luxury living and provides a genuine sense of home.

Beautiful, comfortable, excellent location, lots of amenities with hair/nail & masseuse on site.. Then of course, we have the best management here. Love this complex

I don't normally write reviews but I really need to warn people about the management here. Do NOT rent here. The management (Tamara Reagan) is absolutely two-faced. During our year here, she acted kindly towards us, told us she would miss us because we were such great tenants etc. But then she completely flipped the switch during the move-out. I paid over $300 to have a professional maid service clean my apartment prior to move out. This service took the entire day and the apartment was spotless. I told Tamara that we paid for this and she told us not to worry about the move-out inspection. After the inspection, Tamara took my entire security deposit for cleaning because of things like "light soil" and "dust above the refrigerator" (seriously, she wrote this on the move out inspection). Furthermore, one month before I moved out, I notified Tamara that we had multiple blinds that kept falling/breaking, and I had asked Tamara to have these fixed before we move out. Tamara emailed me saying she would note these blinds were already broken so we would not be charged. However, on our move-out bill, again, she charged us for these blinds. We were also charged for professional carpet cleaning after moving out, but when we moved in, the carpet was absolutely filthy - we used our Dyson vacuum to clean and it took almost a week to remove all the dust out of the carpet. So I honestly cannot believe she had the carpets cleaned before we moved in.Basically, Tamara took our entire security deposit to pay for repairs (the blinds), as well as cleaning because it was all "beyond normal wear and tear." However, if you read her notes on the move out inspection, everything is 'lightly soiled' or 'dusty.' Are you telling me that dust above a refrigerator is not apart of normal wear and tear? Anyway, my point is, if you live here, prepare to deal with management who will unfairly take your entire security deposit.

Moving to Fresno had the potential to be stressful and overwhelming but making the decision to sign a lease with Villa Faria eliminated all worry! From the moment we walked into the leasing office we felt welcomed and we have loved it ever since. The complex is clean, safe and quiet and the amenities are amazing!The gym, sauna, fire pit, hair/nail salon, bbq and more has made us feel like we're on vacation from the moment we moved in! Our neighbors are great and the community is wonderful. You won't find a better community in the area, I am so happy we decided to live here!

I walked in wearing work jeans and steel toes just finishing up crawling out of a boiler and out of curiosity stumbled in to inquire about the availability and prices of the apartment. I was greeted instantly with kindness by Tamra the onsite manager and she gave me a wonderful tour of her available apartments. I signed the lease that day!Now living there a month the amenities are amazing: pool, jacuzzi, gym, salon, sauna, tanning room, billiard, full use of bar and grill, and you can reserve the club house at no charge! I absolutely love it here. The management is engaged in the tenants needs, maintenance has been accommodating and prompt when needed. This is a fabulous place to live.

Hands down my favorite complex I have lived in. It feels like a boutique apt complex because it's not too big. The apartments themselves are beautiful! Spacious with TONS of storage. They feel like a home more than an apartment. It's hard to explain you really have to come check them out to see. And the managers are the best. They are so sweet and take really good care of their tenants. They have a lovely pool/BBQ area with an outdoor fireplace and sitting area too. And a gym and a small game room with a pool table. Love it here! No plans to leave!

I lived here for a year and loved the complex! Everyone was super nice and helpful! Tamera helped me and was amazing! I would suggest living here! It's clean and the pool area is awesome and loots of storage space. Have Tamera help you if you are looking to make a move!

I felt I was on a villa vacation everyday, I enjoyed my 2 bedroom 1 full bath unit very much! The garage, washer and dryer a convience plus.The smaller complex, real grass, upkept flowers and landscaping, architecture, statues, pool area, exercise room, clubhouse, and outdoor living spaces are enjoyable and just like a vacation haven.

We loved these apartments! My husband and I moved from Seattle almost a year ago with no rental in mind. We were looking to buy a house but needed a rental in between. With Covid going on, it wasn't the smartest idea, but we needed to be here for our grandsons. There wasn't much for rent, but we walked into the apartment and knew this was the right place. We LOVE the people that manage the apartments. If something needs attention, they are there quickly. We felt secure and no issues with finding parking. The grounds are kept up nicely and garbage comes more than one a week. No overflowing garbage here! Super nice place. Well kept and clean. Worth it!!
