COVID-19 phase: Masks are worn by workers and required. This place is Amazing! Tons of great holiday stuff! They have so much more than that too! I had so much fun looking around at all of the great stuff and they had great holiday music playing. I went to get a Christmas gift for my grandmother. She loves pins and this place had them and I found a perfect one for her! The workers were very kind and welcoming! A worker even offered to wrap it for me! Appreciated! Really great service and such a beautiful store! Fantastic decorations! Highly recommended!

This store used to be a gem in this neighborhood. Unfortunately they don't seem to care about random consumers that are drawn in by their lovely storefront. They probably lose a lot of customers the same way in which they lost me recently. I walked in and was completely ignored. When I inquired about a couple of items the young girl up front had to go check with her mom in the back to get an answer. Both emerged shortly thereafter and tidied things around the store as I looked around. The mom is likely the store owner and did not once speak to me while I was in the store. A friendly hello goes a long way in this day and age when I can get anything I see in your store online for much less. I like to support local businesses but I won't be supporting this one again. Customer service is key to successful retail businesses no matter how nice your products are. Nobody is going to pay these ridiculously high prices to be treated poorly.

If you're itching to get Covid, you should come here! None of the employees had masks on, half the customers didn't have masks on. Nobody cared about the welfare of others or the fact that so many people have died from this. Total disregard for anyone.

Loved the items, very cute and intimate store. Although I love to support small business I will not be returning to this store. First and last time. The experience was not warm and welcoming. Not one single hello, welcome. I did get a look. I went in to shop for my baby as I had recently been gifted an item from their store and just loved it. If I want to be ignored and feel judged I will do my shopping online. Not welcoming, not friendly, no customer service what so ever.

I love shopping at Verdalee! Kim has amazing style and her selection is great. The employees are super helpful when I need assistance to finding the right gift or I want something specific for our home.

Love love this store. Went in today for the first time and bought some super cute shoes. The girls working were very attentive and friendly. Really nice clothes and the home decor is just precious. Lots of unique items. Currently redoing a bedroom so I'll definitely be back for some goodies.

One of my best friends in town told me about this boutique and I was blown away on how many cute stuff they have and how amazing and sweet the service is! By the way, they do have THE BEST wrapping gifts set to EVER! Definitely a all the way 5 stars!

Pros: Very nice merchandise.Cons: Waaaay over-priced. Ridiculous markup based on sale price of same items elsewhere. Hit and miss regarding the staff. The last time I was there they were very helpful and friendly. During the majority of my visits however I was completely ignored. Unfortunately it seems to depend upon whether I go there from work and am dressed nicely or it's my day off and I'm in sweats. I wish retailers would understand that what someone is wearing or driving is little indication of their wealth or buying power.

We love this store for specialized gifts, or just a little special treats for ourselves.

If your skin is brown and you wear a mask, don't expect any form of humanity from this store. I came in to spend money on exclusive children's clothing. Instead, I was treated like garbage. Not ok. You're missing out on business by judging a book by its cover! Wish I could give no stars.
