Valley Pure - Lemoore

The dude and I came here on 01/10/21 coming back from Paso Robles. I usually come with the dude to dispensaries as he likes to engage in such festives.We have been to other Valley Pure locations such as the ones in Woodlake and Visalia. We have always had pretty good experiences. The dude is very knowledgeable about strains and such other terminology and I am not. I just know there's leafs, vape pens and edibles. That's my extent of knowledge.We arrived around 4:45pm and I almost got hit by a car when getting out of the car in the parking lot. The driver and passenger was so sweet and apologetic about It.Anywho, there was no line and it was some what busy. We didn't have to wait a long time at all! We signed in and waited a few seconds and then we entered when someone came out.Our helper was knowledgeable and made sure the dude was getting a good deal. They had a wide various options of edibles in many different forms. The dude definitely stocked up.The inside was clean and organized however they don't have a lot of things on display so you have to ask and make sure they do or don't have it or you could be missing out on your favorites This location is not as strict as the Visalia location as they treat couples separately. Here we were able to come in as a couple as one and also the Woodlake location does too!Overall, the dude and I had a good experience here and recommend coming here to get your medical or recreational needs met!

Had a great time getting more information from Cody until guy with a ponytail told us that we had used up our time. There were 2 of us shopping and my friend had just finished getting her purchase. When we told him that I was just getting started, he said, that still stands. I've always had great help at Valley Pure and suddenly we are bothering you by getting some education from Cody on what would work best? We spent over $200 between the two of us and were in there may 10 minutes. Let less people in if you don't have the staff. Easy management call if you know what you're doing! 5 stars for Cody for sure!!

One of my favorite places to get all I need to help with joint pain! Everyone there is super friendly and very helpful and able to answer any questions I have! I definitely recommend this place to all of my friends and family.

I asked the bud tender, some young kid with dyed hair, what he recommended in terms of cartridges. He gives me his recommendation, I buy two of the ones he recommends and two that I'm familiar with. I have to make the drive to get here, which is about an hour.Well, the damn carts that he recommends don't work. I drive all the way back a few days later cuz I spent a good amount of money, enough to last for a month. I get the same bud tender. I remind him that he recommended these carts, ask for a little discount, and he gets offended like he owns the place.I tell him he has crappy customer service and he practically has a tantrum. This is not how you treat customers. I have never been back since after spending good money there for several months in a row. NHC down the block is WAY better. Their bud tenders are friendly and the ones that have helped me have been super knowledgeable. Try that place.

Hopefully more dispensaries come in the area soon that will prevent them from price gouging .. People at the counter are cool and they do have a lot to choose from. however check your receipts . They had a clearance Table that I had picked quite a few items off because they were marked down however when I checked my receipt everything rang up full price.. overcharging me approximately $50. Unfortunately I was just passing through the area so unable to let them know.

Worst of all the Valley Pures - next level price swapping / baiting and they aren't even good at it. Manager was brain dead, employee's looked like helpless hostages just doing what they are told. On the way out empty handed I commented on what I thought of the place to the nice security guard and he laughed and agreed with a "Yup". Don't waste your time like I did, this place is whack.

Everytime I have an easy fixable issue at this dispensary it can never be fixed or handled every other dispensary in the area can and will have better service and prices than this place nothing but problems with this place. Spent so much at this place just to get treated like crap everytime by the manager I'm good won't be returning anytime soon

The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They offer a large selection at very reasonable prices. I love the atmosphere and lots of art in an old historic building.

Went in with a friend and Cody was great - he answered questions and guided us to new products in place of a couple of things they were out of. He's an educator, truly valuable at a dispensary! As wonderful as Cody was, there was another guy (with a pony tail) who was incredibly rude. Just as Cody had finished ringing my order up and was assisting my friend, Ponytail interrupted and said we were out of time. I spoke up to say I was finished & Cody was helping my friend finish up. Ponytail said again we were taking too long because there were other people waiting. We each spent over $100 and our combined total time inside was just 10 minutes! And the number of people waiting? Just 1! Yep, just 1! We'd be happy to follow Cody to another dispensary but won't visit Valley Pure in Lemoore again.
