Valley Legs Beauty and Diagnostics

From my initial call the staff was knowledgeable! They gave me the breakdown right before my open enrollment. I was able to book within a few weeks after receiving my new insurance. My legs have bad varicose veins because of wonderful genetics:/ The technician was so sweet she made me feel comfortable while she took images of my legs. She was just lovely! After the images Dr. Bautista came in and gave me a breakdown of what we can do to heal my varicose veins. He was very friendly and professional. I can't wait to get started and buy my first pair of shorts!

My wife has been wanting laser hair removal for some time now. After a vast amount I research and a little bit of good luck, we came across Dr. Bautista. He's extremely personable and easy to talk to. He made my wife feel very comfortable during the consult and there was never any pressure. She decided to go through with it and she couldn't be happier! Dr. Bautista even calls for follow ups just to make sure we are satisfied with how it all turned out. Now that they offer varicose vein removal as well, I'm thinking of sending my mom to Dr B. She has always wanted to have it done, but hasn't felt comfortable enough to go through with it.

I had been looking to do some hair removal for quite some time. I tried a few years ago while living in the Bay Area, but the experience and outcome was less than satisfying so I've been hesitant to try again.Funny enough, my husband talked me into giving laser hair removal another try after having had such a great experience with the staff and being happy with his results. I'm glad he did! I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Bautista and he made me feel comfortable right from the start. He was very informative and made sure all my questions were answered without feeling rushed, but most importantly, the results have been more than what I expected! My mother also came in to see Dr. Bautista for varicose vein removal after also having less than satisfying results in Los Angeles. She absolutely loved Dr. Bautista and her results and she is so happy she is able to wear skirts and shorts again without feeling embarrassed of her legs! We are patients for life!

The staff is friendly and unpretentious unlike other medical spa's. The lady that does lazer hair removal is awesome and very thorough. I had minimal results after 6 sessions but that could just be me. My skin is darker and it may take more treatments to see more permanent results. I understood that going in. I also had fillers of the Perlane and Restylane which cost a little over 2000 for 2 syringes of perlane and 2 syringes of Restylane. The doctor is so super awesome but I don't think he has much experience with fillers. I had fillers for the hollow areas of my chin and laugh lines. It normally takes two syringes to fill in my laugh lines but because he was going to work on my chin he said 4 syringes would be preferred. 1st the medical assistant overused the numbing cream by spreading it outside of the procedure lines and it chemically burned my whole chin area. Ive had this procedure once before at a more expensive place and i was slightly red but wasnt burned. The doctor overfilled top areas of my laugh lines and didn't do much for the gaps in my chin line. I have a large lumb on the right side but its not visble through the skin. I have another one on the left side that becomes distorted when I flex the surrounding muscles. I went to a follow up appointment and expressed my concerns but didn't push it. I'm the kind of person that just won't go there again. It was an expensive lesson.

Ok, just finished my second session. I'm upgrading them to 4 stars. Although my wait was a bit longer in the waiting room this time. The staff was just as friendly and welcoming as the first time. They were able to easily accommodate my appointments with my work schedule. Also I had a different nurse this time, but she was just as good. So far so good

Dr. Guzman and his staff are top notch! Had a great experience with Dr. Guzman. I walked in with no appointment and was seen within a half hour even though they appeared to be busy. Dr. Guzman made me feel comfortable and explained to me the procedure very well. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to proceed. I will definitely be back for more treatments and highly recommend their practice!

Phenomenal!Quick.Professional.Precise.I am always pretty skeptical about having cosmetic procedures done. I have been nothing but extremely satisfied with my service and procedures at Valley Legs on more than 10 occasions. I appreciate having the doctors available to address all my medical concerns. Dr. Bautista and Dr. Guzman are well educated with medicine, latest technology and demonstrate very effective communication skills to relate to all patients. I would recommend these doctors and facility for all friends and family.

Professional and Affordable!I finally decided to invest in laser hair removal and after visiting 3 different service providers, I was most comfortable with the staff at Valley Legs Beauty and Diagnostics. I was provided with excellent service by Dr. Bautista and his staff member (Dixie). I was a little nervous as this was my first time doing a cosmetic procedure, but I was treated in a professional manner and I'm looking forward to additional services provided by Valley Legs Beauty and Diagnostics.Lance M.

The report of my experiences with this company as factual as I can.Receptionists- Unfriendly, and monotone, seemingly uniterested, however - if they can do the job, I'm not necessarily worried about that, just not the most friendly first contact.1st appt. Was told I MUST have a consultation before any appts can be made, so I set it up for a month from my phone call, which was the earliest available. I was seen at that appt 40 minutes after the scheduled time. The technician asked me if I sunburn easily and if I have ever had the procedure. She then told me that it will take 30 mins or so and then said I was free to go. The next avail. appt was 4 weeks later so I set it. 2nd appt. I arranged for work and childcare to be moved around that day for the appt. I got there 10 mins early but waited nearly another 50 minutes at which point, they still couldn't tell me when I would be able to be seen. They had just told me the whole time that it should be about 5 more mins. I finally had no more time to wait and had to reschedule. They did offer the next 3 appts to be set in advance, and they did and gave me an appt card. I left suggesting that they give a call to customers when they know they are running so far behind so we can coordinate times. 3rd appt. When my next appt week came around, I noticed that it said Thursday the 24th which didn't correspond with the calendar information. Thursday was not on the 24th. When I called to find out the date, they told me I missed the appt, last week and they usually don't offer remakes. (Huh?!) They also said they call the day before, but I never received a phone call. I bought a service through a Groupon. NOT sure if lower income I gave them dictates how they treat their customers but I sure wish I could get out of this deal. I hope I can come back to yelp with a more positive experience about this company in the future. But if not, I won't be surprised.I bought this groupon before summer and still waiting for my first treatment.

My search is over! I've finally found a place that can take care of my aesthetic needs and address my health concerns. Valley Legs Beauty and Diagnostics is my one-stop-shop for all things aesthetic and medical. Their support staff has been friendly and accommodating at all of my appointments. I've also had the opportunity to meet with both Dr. Bautista and Dr. Guzman on different occasions to answer some of my questions. They were friendly, informative, and took their time to explain things in detail. Their quality of service is unmatched! I've already referred my friends, family, and co-workers!
