Valley Home Care

Valley Home Care has been a blessing to my Mom and Dad, assisting them with cooking, cleaning and providing companionship, so they are able to continue to live in their own home with the dignity they deserve. They are the only company that would schedule the same home care provider for every visit. They are also the only company that would schedule a 2 hour minimum. Highly recommend them for your care.

Never had replacement workers or workers would be consistently firing or leaving. Would not do home care when wife was in the ER and would be home later that day. Also they would would send workers out with out telling us and they would just show up. Workers are fine it is the owners and upper management that are the issue. Stay far away from.

After having a bad experience with a poorly managed home care service, we switched to Valley home care. Weve been under their care for a year, Valley home care provides outstanding care givers, excellent, compassionate management, deals professionally with insurance. I would recommend this company for anyone needing compassionate, caring, outstanding care. Megan, Kim, Shawna, and Jennifer have been absolutely amazing, and have my recommendation! Valley Home Care has been providing caregivers for my husband since February, 2023. I met with Kim for the initial assessment of my husband's needs. She was very professional, listened and noted my concerns and the kind of caregiving services I wanted. The staff is very informative to let me know if a caregiver is running late or not able to make their shift. Amber has been providing caregiving services to my husband for a couple of months. She is very good with him. He feels comfortable with her. She is like part of the family.

Doctor sent them a referral to start in home services. 2 days in a row they promised to contact me with a "window" when they could come. Did not hear from them until 3rd day. I would not recommend them.

I had a meeting with Kim and she didn't even show nor did she call to say she was going to be late. When I called they told me she was in a "meeting". But they could send out someone else. I said if you can't even make it to a meeting do you think I'll trust you with the care of my parents? Don't use them they can't even make it to meetings or call to say they won't be there. And we came from out of state for this meeting with Kim. Total waste of time. I'll find someone more professional

They do a great job with my mom. Have been there for her when she needs it! Great company!

My mom's caregiver, Sandy has been taking care of my mom for more than 6 months and she feels like a part of the family now. My mom actually looks forward to spending time with her. The service when I call is geat. All of the staff go out of their way to help
