Great service!! Employees where super friendly and the vibe there was great too. The staff was fast and made sure to listen to what you wanted done as well.

I normally don't complain about things, but 5 hours plus to have a pedicure, nails and eyebrows done is way to long. I came in with a picture on the way I wanted my nails to look like. Which was a pink and purple glitter tips and my toes to match only to be told that thay could not do my toes that way and that I had to pick a regular color that was in the mix that I wanted. So I said ok. Next came my fingers nails and I kept showing them my picture over and over again of what I wanted. She was painting them different colors trying to get it right, but it didn't even come close to the picture. This is twice that they did this to me.I was very happy on how my eyebrows looked. I don't know if I will come back even though I have been going there since they opened.

Best pedicure ever! The ladies did an amazing job for both my daughter and myself. Everyone was very friendly. This will definitely be my place from now on.

Just left V Nails .... I wish I could give negative stars! So busy, no time management skills. They rushed! I should have not paid. This crap cost $80.00.

Took my mom here for Mother Day. Felt rushed. Giving this place two stars because the girl my mom got was actually on point. She took her time. The girl I got was rushed. I started after my mom and finished before her. Same pedicure package. The girl I got didn't even wait for the hot wax to melt. She put it on my feet and literally removed it one min later. I was not impressed or was I felt like I was being pampered. Waste of money

When I walked in for my first time and asked prices for a full set and how much extra for rhinestones I was told by the Asian man who speaks English "it'll be too expensive for you to afford".. I was shocked and offended. He assumed I was a lot younger than I am because of my looks when I came in with more money than the other customers in there. Also a male who decided to get a pedicure next to me was offered wine but I was not, I was barely offered a water because I looked over confused. The customer service needs to be worked on, discrimination was not necessary and never judge a book by its cover. The pedicure lady also could've put in more effort into it &actually did what the premium pedicure description said but at least my manicure was pretty good, it was done by a different lady who took her time.

So-so. While the person doing the pedi was nice. Another inside was just flat out rude making it an uncomfortable service. For the price they charge, I'll look elsewhere.

Had my second visit here with Hana, she did such an amazing job took her time and left my toes perfect!Super relaxing spot w/ clean areas and welcoming staff.
