The washer I bought didn't work, they came out and picked it up fixed it and it's working fine. He told me if I had any problems to let him know and they would replace the washer. I would recommend starting here if you need a used appliance.

Still within my 30 day guarantee and the guys just won't come look at the issue I'm having with the washer. The day they delivered it they didn't tell me I needed to have my own dryer vent so it was easy for them to up and leave without connecting it. I bought one and asked them to come connect it and also look at the machine because it was leaking water and it wasn't even connected, also one of the hosts was broken. I paid extra for the washer hosts and one was broken (thankfully my brother came and replaced it) after a week of asking them to come connect it and to come take a look at the issue because the guarantee time keeps running out and I haven't used the machine at all, they continued to leave me on read, not answering calls, and ultimately my favorite I would get scheduled for a tech visit and they never showed up. They were supposed to come yesterday and I waited all day and they didn't show up, I messaged them and they told me nvm we'll go tomorrow. They didn't show up today either. They are extremely professional at reminding me that there is no returns but extremely unprofessional for all other matters. If you need to buy a used appliance, I beg you to go elsewhere. Save time and money and avoid this place!The lease see our conversation. Left me on read and never showed up, AGAIN!

I just tried to redeem a store credit for $350 and I had the purchase and return receipts in hand . The purchase was made a little less than two years ago. I was told I could use the store credit anytime and there was no time limit stated on my receipt. The owner Miguel and his associate were rude and they said that that because they didn't know me and the store credit was too old they would not honor my store credit. I purchased a fridge back in middle of November, fridge was delivered damaged, with broken shelf. I then called store an talk to owner Miguel who said he would order the part an have it delivered on Friday the 28th. The 28th came along an no part or call from the store, I then called the store- an then they say it would be a special order an would take 10day if we would like them to order it, we told them yes, we paid $600 for a fridge an it was damaged on arrival needs to be fix - we did not want to spend $600 on a broken fridge. Miguel ordered the part, it is now December 16th, still nothing. I then called store who now said it was going to be 14day not 10, but even with 14days it should have been delivered already. / The owner then said the shelf would now be delivered this Friday 12/19/2014, or on next Monday the 22nd of December. ///// at that time- I let the owner know this has been going on for to long now, an I then asked him, if the warranty would start from the day they deliver the shelf since the fridge has not been in use since the original day that is was delivered broken. his reply was the fridge is usable, so then warranty started from day of original delivery. I then responded to him letting him know that the fridge is still in garage not plugged in were they put it, we were not going to use the fridge with a broken shelf to have the store say we cause the damage. since we did not get a working fridge, an unable to use it- at very least they should honor warranty from day then shelf it put in. keep in mind it was black Friday an we could have just spent $150 more an got a new fridge from home depot for $750. if refund was granted- since it was not- we are just looking for valid warranty- an that can not even be done. Worst service from both employee Ray an owner Miguel. I wound not recommend this store to no one.// next step is better business bureau.

This store uses underhanded sells techniques. They sell you an appliance that is defective and will then sell you an upgraded more expensive item. Purchased a fridge and it was not ready for sell. They have a no returned ns policy that forbids them from giving you back your money when all they have are more expensive items to buy. I may be stupid but thus is the second time I have done business with them with the same results.

We got a fridge for about $800 it's was good looking and had everything we wanted until it started freezing everything in the fridge so we set it at 40 degrees to see if that would help. Nope. So they came and "fixed" it and it worked for a day or so then it started freezing again. So they called and brought us a loaner. That was directly stated about twenty times. It didn't fit. It's drawer was broken And the temperature fluctuated between too warm and too cold. We called for a new one and lo and behold what did they say: "we thought you wanted that one. We never agreed it was a loaner"
