US Post Office

Been coming here for a few years now. The customer service is fantastic. Had an issue with shipping a package with another post office locally and they refused to accept my package. Took it here and they took care of me like always. Recommended

We had a po box at this location for 3 years with no issue. Two months ago a new employee named Todd began locking our po box and demanding that we repeatedly verify our identities. He wrongfully & arbitrarily accused us of committing fraud and was backed by the manager Christina. He attempted to interrogate me about my residential history despite my spouse and I providing insurance, utility & property documents with my government ID. Todd slandered us in front of a lobby full of people and closed our po box. Apparently if you are heavily tattooed and receive mail from political or religious organizations that he disagrees with he feels he has the right to assume the duties of a police detective and treat customers this way.

I usually never have issues at this PO, and usually have decent experiences with a particular clerk named Gloria. But today she was extremely rude and definitely made me feel unwelcome and like I was inconveniencing them. I walked in at 4:30, needing to buy a big box and get a customs form, I knew what I needed because I send international packages on a very regular basis. There was no line. She was sitting on a stool rubbing her face like she was tired/having a bad day. Another clerk was ringing me up for the box and she started droning on about how they close at 5 and it takes at least 20 minutes (not true) to input customs forms and i need to be ready at least 20 min before close and i need to fill out every square of the customs form and i stopped listening at one point because her tone was very condescending and very obviously annoyed i was there. I know exactly how the process goes and how long it takes. Maybe for her it takes that long because she's old. She wasn't even the one ringing me up so i didn't need her help or input at all. The clerk helping me was not new either. She kept talking and i said aloud "don't worry I'm not trying to inconvenience anyone" And i just walked out that was really ugly behavior from her and i will go to tower PO from now on.

If I can give this place zero stars I would this place is so horrible the customer service is insanely bad everybody's rude everybody there hates their job I don't even know why they're working there if they don't like their job makes no type of sense to me. They need to fix their attitude they need to fix so much from this place so I recommend not going here.

A woman picked up the phone and when I asked if I could check if I have any mail on hold she asked me "why" and I don't think that's any of her business. Frankly that's an idiotic question. I don't think I need any other reason besides the fact that I'm concerned about my mail. Super nosy old ladies at the post office!! Lol

Great post office. Clerks and supervisors are always nice here. The carriers work hard to deliver our packages and mail.

Mail carrier threw my mail over my gate it landed on my recycling bin. He knows how to open my gate. He knows my mail box is installed on front entrance gate. He also delivers neighbors mail to me & my maik to neighbors. He's even delivered different ppl packages to my home. Neighbor packages on the next block. No one deserves to be disrespected like this. It's unacceptable he needs to be fired. No one stealing ppl mail he's delivering it to wrong address & throwing our mail in yard m. Instead of opening our gate placing mail in mailbox.He wouldn't like it if someone did that to him. He's an African American mail carrier. Theirs another mail carrier Mexican. Didn't enter my yard tried to place mail into gate. Decided to put mail back inside his bag. I had to get in car ask for my mail. Give him neighbor mail he delivered to me. These mail carriers off Fresno Street between Olive & Lewis on Tyler street. Mail carrier being disrespectful. I have surveillance cameras that records everything. I never approach carrier about how they're mishandling mail. I always call make complaint directly to Olive post Office. I'm always told they'll handle it. Seems problems getting worse

I have alot of package deliveries to my office in downtown Fresno and I have them delivered to my office, due to the high percentage of mail theft in Fresno. In the past, I've had 4 packages that had the correct address, but yet never delivered and were sent back to sender. This month, I've had yet another Ebay package that never was delivered, and yet the address on the label was correct. The tracking shows it arriving in Fresno, then labeled Mis Sent TWICE and now on the way back to sender. Clinter station is one of the most incompetent post offices in Fresno.
