US Post Office

This location has been my go-to place for all my postal services needs. I've dropped off my prepaid packages in their parcel box and it's been scanned and delivered with no problems. The times I've interacted with the workers they've been helpful and nice. This place does get really busy so I prefer going at an earlier time normally anytime before 2pm to avoid long wait times.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses back at the first of April. The usps delivered them to the wrong address and even sent me an email attached admitting to it. But they refuse to replace the sunglasses and keep closing my case. They need to take responsibility and make this right. The sunglasses company will not replace they since they are technically delivered.

I've always received professional and friendly service at the Clovis PO. I use the post office for both personal and work related needs. The lines move quickly and when things are a bit busy someone always comes out to see what can be done to assist people to get things moving. Unfortunately, people just don't understand how much is going on behind the scenes. Millions of pieces of mail and packaged moving daily.

Arrived around 12:30 PM, was pleasantly surprised it wasn't terribly busy. It was lunchtime & day after a holiday. There were three windows open helping customers. This is always a busy, busy PO. One thing I noticed walking through the facility the trash cans were overflowing & trash on the floor. Otherwise it's usually clean.

Two months in a row, USPS has failed to deliver my month scheduled prescription meds. Informed delivery says it was delivered to my keyed delivery box and it never made it!Now wonder people in the USA do not trust the government!Yelp sucks too, the government can not even run their own service, I have to login Yelp!A.R.Ross

Lazy bunch of crooks.The USPS has a contract to deliver packages from Amazon, but our Clovis mail lady refuses to do so.When I track the packages, the USPS update says crap like "Delivery attempted at 7:36 am, unable to deliver."That's a load of bull. Mail lady obviously decided she just couldn't be bothered to deliver any packages that day.I have PAID for USPS delivery, not a bunch of lies!!When you file a complaint, they blow it off and try to blame you instead.Lazy bunch of crooks. I will never use them for package deliveries again and I hope they go out of business.Absolutely useless.

zereo stars this place sucks sad excuse for usps if you want you mail or package lost please thak it here,this is my 3rd package lost in 1 year you assume bringing your shipment into a usps office is safe you are 100% incorrect wish they would fire everyone gte new managment and employees same sucky workers have been there for years bad additude and service

If I could leave zero stars I would. I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Clovis US Post Office. The service I received was both nasty and rude. Jonesha likes to laugh in customer's faces. From the moment I began discussing my issue with Jonesha, she was extremely unhelpful, dismissive and thought the issue was hysterical. Since she was useless, she reached to a supervisor, who suddenly had a meeting at the time. I then asked for the supervisor's name and she said she didn't know, the nice lady working next to her, said her name was Sandra. Not sure if this is true or another nasty remark. Additionally, the overall atmosphere in the office was unwelcoming. I called USPS Customer Service, after waiting on hold for an hour, they referred me to the local post office with "next steps". These next steps were difficult for Jonesha, the supervisor and the entire US Post Office in Clovis. I left USPS leaving my phone number to receive a call from the supervisor, 24 hours later, no call and no assistance to receive my package. The entire instance was a mess, reflecting the employees' complete lack of care or respect for their job. When I politely asked for help with a package, the clerk (Jonesha) laughed at me and acted like I was a nuisance for even being there.This wasn't just a bad day; it was a blatant display of sheer incompetence and disrespect. I'm appalled by how poorly USPS treats its customers and will be taking my business elsewhere. This branch needs a complete overhaul of staff and management if it ever hopes to provide even a basic level of service.

they actually are the most disrespectful and laziest people ever, They don't ever answer any phone calls and never want to help!

The kind women working at this post office went above and beyond to help me locate my lost package. She called me several times, emailed me, and even had the mail delivery person knocking on doors to locate my package. And after several weeks she must have found it because it arrived in my mailbox! I was actually shocked at how helpful and kind she was. Wish I could give her 100 stars!
