Edit 2: 5 weeks later still out $80 and no closer to getting a working product.ETA: DEFINITELY, Definitely don't come here if you're relying on you're purchase working. After the store refusing to do anything about selling an item that never worked. The manufacturer has been going back-and-forth with us, making us send videos of it not working saying the store should replace it.. The manufacturer finally agreed to send another for $20 shipping. So I'd recommend finding an establishment that values customers. Spent $60+ on a wax pen and it didn't work, never turned on or anything and now basically out the money back and have to try and contact the the manufacturer. Don't come here unless you have the extra $$$ to throw away. Also, the guy working has zero customer service skills and generally just seems miserable to be there. Thought I was going to end my day on a HIGH note. Apparently not

It's not bad but not convenient either. I had a mod that needed a tank, they didn't have the tank for it. I decided to buy a brand new mod from them, voopoo vinci something or other. Sucks that the battery sold to me went out in like a month. Bought a replacement battery in HI om vacay and it works amazing! Their salt nic is limited in variety and the mg level I like (I prefer it high). And despite having bought my mod from here, they never have the coils I need. There are different size coils and I can't even get one size that fits. I prefer to buy them in packs, but they sell them individually. I haven't had luck in the past 3 times I have come here, but I did end up buying 1 coil as it was the only one they had that fit. I end up ordering coils online or at other shops in the Bay Area when I'm out there.I'll give them a try again. Said to come back in 2 weeks. I give it this rating because I love the mod I bought here, but lack of everything else is disappointing.

Man I am so grateful for the service I have received today, I was in search for a particular bong and ash catcher and this man made it happen. Wow! Visited this store today for the first time to purchase a mod starter kit because I would like to quit smoking and instead vape.Jay was very knowledgeable and helped me chose the perfect mod. He also helped with choosing ejuice and filled the tank for me and placed the batteries!!He also showed how to exchange the coils for when the time arises.Great guy and great customer service!!!!

I dont frequent shops like this, although there is quite some nice pieces there. Including other products for other lifestyles. But.... at the same time if you have a girlfriend who takes more than a liking to gambling attractions. You become part of the her social activity and i find myself there creeping. Slots is what the business is if your winning $$$$. Los Banos im outta here.
