I called multiple employment law firms, at least 10, waiting for callbacks the next day and then I called this one. They called immediately right back. They were definitely the most responsive. But not only that, it was the way they responded. I talked to a phenomenal woman named Nancy Lucas of all the people that I talked to that took the information she was by far the best . She demonstrated qualities of compassion, empathy, and extreme intelligence. None of the other people I spoke to compared to her. She said I would be getting an email right away, I did. Then she called back to say I'll be getting some forms, I did. Then she called to say I have good and bad news; they cannot take my case because somebody already filed the class-action but she was so kind to let me know that and just to tell me how to proceed even though they could not continue with the case. If I ever have any other employment issues, my first and only call will be to this group and hopefully, Nancy will answer the phone.
