I had a great experience with unique Auto Enterprises. They took my vehicle in right away and kept me updated daily with the progress on my car and handled all the insurance paperwork.. They were able to complete the bodywork and paint ahead of time. The paint looked amazing. They provided excellent customer service I highly recommend them!!

Unique Auto saved us when we got a flat tire and had to pull over on the side of the road! They came quickly and gave us a new tire and even fixed our spare too in case anything else happened. Great customer service.

Great group of mechanics/technicians! Art and his team are an honest group of people and would come again for auto repair. * I would suggest to give them a call and ask when is the best time to arrive at their shop. * Brake jobs, engine, transmission repair can get done on a day or two.

On our way down 41 and our tires showed that they needed service. The owner came out and was very nice. He pumped them up for free and sent us on our way. We were so impressed with his service to strangers. Will definitely be back to use them for mechanical needs!

DO NOT GO THERE. BUYER BEWARE! They were fine in the beginning, but a huge red flag: NO ONE was wearing a mask. I brought my car in because I was having transmission problems and I wanted to know what it was. They kept revving my engine so much that when it was time to drive home, I could not drive my car, the transmission just failed on me. (This morning is back to normal, but that's how much they messed with my transmission.) Most importantly, I DID NOT have a engine light on before I took my car there, but when I left I did. What did they do with my car??? Why out of the sudden there is an engine light on?? When I asked them about it, he said "it was like that when it got here" UHHH no it was not! I drove it here I would have seen it!! PLUS, they broke my light switch, it was not broken before I took in, when I called to complain about it, the guy was super rude. I DO NOT recommend this place. Will never come back.

If I could give the service a 0 I would. We took our car here on the recommendation of a friend We have a hybrid. Our air conditioner was not working. The first time we went they thought it needed Freon. They charge over $160 for that. This did not solve our problem. We took it back and they said we needed a new air unit which they replaced at the cost of $1100. After keeping it for a week. Then it was still leaking liquid onto the passenger side floor mat. We took it back and they said the lines needed to be flushed. After picking it up again it still leaked. We took it to the dealership and they said the lines and the pan were still clogged with mud and debris! Very poor service especially for the price we were charged! We felt like we were ripped off!
