Under the Covers

Customer service at Under the Covers is excellent! After enduring pushy sales people at other furniture stores in Fresno, along with elevated prices, I stumbled upon this gem of a store.Limo and Dan welcomed us in and gave us time alone to browse. When we were ready to make our purchase, a purple mattress with wood base and pillows, Limo gave us a complementary gift of Puffy pillows, sheets and mattress protector. And he gave us a discount on delivery/set up cost. And he even carried out one item to the car! This family owned store with their respect for customers and genuine friendliness is so rare in these days of fast paced sales. And the prices are comparible to purchasing the same items on line. I will recommend this business to all my friends!

Went in today and had a sales man named Robby I believe. He was wonderful and helped me find something I really like.
