Two Guys Pizza Pies

Pizza dough was flavorful. That what good pizza makes all difference. Service was great and fast. Ambiance was decent.

I was unimpressed with the pizza here. we tried the meat pizza and the pepperonis were overdone and slightly burnt.We also got the garlic chicken with artichoke pizza, and I kind of felt like there was just too many toppings on it - overwhelming flavors and it just didn't come together well. I suspect we should've stuck with just a plain old pepperoni here.You get a pretty good size pizza for the price would just recommend sticking with simple pepperoni pizza here.

After a busy day hiking around Yosemite, we decided that we needed a hearty dinner and pizza sounded like just the thing. We ordered a large meat lovers and a medium cheese pizza with black olives for our Italian exchange student we brought along. The ultimate test of how good a pizza is comes from a native Italian. She was pleasantly surprised as to how good an American pizza was. So were we. The crust was crisp but not overly so. The toppings were generous and tasty. The place had an old style pizza joint ambiance which we enjoyed while relaxing. Would definitely come back if we are in the area.

Came upon this pizza joint as it was highly recommended by our Groveland Airbnb hosts and it did not disappoint!We did a pick up order for 3 pies and all came out perfect! We ordered a combo, pep & pineapple (YES, PINEAPPLE BELONGS ON PIZZA), and BBQ chicken.. everything was so good! Crust was the perfect chewiness, generous amount of cheese, and they dont skimp on the toppings either.They dont doordash nor deliver but it is beyond worth picking up for!

As a frequent visitor to Groveland, I have been looking forward to trying this place for a long time. Finally had the chance and honestly I was very underwhelmed.We ordered a BBQ Chicken pizza, Garlic Chicken pizza and an order of wings.The chicken they used for the topping was very salty - thinking it may have been Foster Farms prepackaged grilled chicken strips as the look, taste, and texture seemed identical. So salty that I had to remove the pieces from the pizza altogether.The BBQ Chicken pizza was the better of the two. The Garlic Chicken pizza was very salty (I think it was the sauce), even after removing the chicken from the pizza. Crust was cooked nicely and had a neutral flavor but the pizzas could have benefitted from a few more minutes cooking time as the toppings looked like they needed more time.Chicken wings were large and meaty - the only win of the whole meal.I am thinking a safer bet than the pizzas we ordered would have been to stick with traditional styles - plain cheese or cheese and pepperoni.I understand options in Groveland are limited and in cases like this I try to keep my expectations really low. But folks have been raving about this place for a long time. Perhaps because there isn't a better option but that shouldn't be an excuse for mediocre food. Would also like to see an actual website with menu and not be directed to Facebook for menu and info on the restaurant.Next time I am in Groveland and want quick pizza I will skip this place and go to Mar-Val to get frozen pizzas and cook them myself.

Went in on a Saturday night and it was packed. I placed my order to go. They said it would take 25 minutes so we went next door for some groceries. When I got back I stood around for 5 minutes then decided to ask about the order. The guy went to the back and brought it out. I asked for chili and parm but he only gave me chili packets. We took it to the house and gobbled it down. At that point it was barely warm. We ordered:One guy tomato pizza: this is the personal size pizza. My friend said this was good. Hawaiian: 3/5 this was ok, the ham was very salty. Vegetarian: 4/5 good basic pizza.Cheese: 4/5 not bad either.Size of basil: 0.75 for a small side of dried basil...Pizza filled is up after a long day of driving and visiting the park.

We ordered a small garlic chicken pizza for takeout and waited about 40 minutes for it to come out. An honest mistake but turns out it had just been sitting in the shelf ready but they'd forgotten to bring it out to us.We're from NYC and have had some pretty good pizza and the garlic chicken pizza was up there! The crust could have used a bit more char and could have been a bit thinner but the garlic sauce was delicious and the vegetable toppings were fresh. Would recommend for a lunch or dinner, but I suggest calling and ordering ahead for pick up.

The food was made to order and delicious! def worth stopping in and trying! We had a pizza with pepperoni , sausage, and olive. We'll be stoping by everytime we come through town!
