Most awesome smoke shop ever! My go to for my vape stuff. Great selection, good service. Kenny is super knowledgeable about the products he sells. The Juul's and cartridges​ retail cheaper here than the website. Huge plus for meYou can tell much thought goes into cleanliness and selection!Bongs galore on one wall, rolling papers on the other....oh and like 200 different e liquids or so. I wish I can buy the place so I can try each and every one of them hahaIf you're into it as well, there's a sizeable selection of sex toys and DVDs as well. Can't speak for the variety though, both really aren't my thing. Will be back

Very bad customer service, even after spending 100's here. Bought a Geek Vape Aegis from this place at the recommendation from the guy working behind the counter (real "cool" guy). Two days later, the mod was throwing an error code so I called to see what their replacement/return policy was. The girl told me over the phone that she could not handle another persons transactions and I would have to wait for him to return 4 days later. I was leaving the state the next day for almost two weeks and asked her to leave a message for him the situation because I could just tell by his demeanor he was going to pull something SHADY. Well I guessed right, cool guy was shady! When I got back to town, he accused me of waiting too long and acted like I was pulling one over on him! Told me to go straight to geekvape for the warranty. I did, and turns out that company is shady AF too, sent money for the replacement "shipping" costs and still have not heard back from the company! Make sure this store will return for you or shop elsewhere. I'm looking at a loss of $80 right now because of this asshole.

By far the worst customer service I have ever endured. The man that claims to be the "owner" (so obviously not the owner by his actions) greets you with "Yo" as if he is some Indian gangster. The place is covered in dust. There's a lot of merchandise being displayed from the floor, which is also covered in dust/dirt. Pretty much anything you buy from this store will be dirty in one way or another. I can not even describe the smell of this establishment. It closely resembles burning cotton candy. Be prepared to walk into a cloud of "E-Cig" smoke. Evidently it's also a Vape Lounge? Always kids hanging out puffing on E-Cigs. To put it plainly I was treated like crap and I will NEVER go back to Twisted Pipe or Cigarette's For Less. You would be wise to do the same.

The owner of this place sold me a vapor pen that was used as a demo. How do I know? Interestingly enough, the first time I used it & opened the "chamber" where the coil is, the entire piece with wires came out. When I think back to when he showed me how to use it, I should have noted that he never ignited the coil... I went back the next morning, & he tried to tell me I broke it. However, the pen he sold me didn't have a wrapper like the one I saw in the case when I went back (replacing the one I bought). He also tried to SELL me a new atomizer for $10, which I refused stating again that I was sold a broken pen that was literally used as a DEMO to sell people the pen! He then plugged in a new atomizer, which lit up immediately - I was being lied to. I hate being lied to! So, I refused to leave until he made it right. My pen was a demo. I wasn't going to replace something that was being taken apart over & over again to show customers how it works. Trust me, don't buy anything that doesn't look wrapped. This guy is shady.

I was in town for 4 days and forgot my cigars at home. I'm staying in Yosemite and I wanted to look for ANY place that has cigars. I ended up here and when I walked in, I was instructed to walk towards the back where the small selection of old no-name brand cigars were stored in a mid-sized humidor. The prices were astronomical for such crappy selection of cigars. I ended picking the Ghurka ($20.99), which I thought was the best of the worst. I didn't like paying a Padron like price for a $5 stick. I ended up later on having to go to Radio Shack to get an auxiliary wire where lo-and-behold next door was a store labeled "Cigarettes". I walked in to find a much better selection for a fraction of the price. I grabbed two "my father" cigars ($8.99/per) over the Rocky Patel's vintage 1990 ($11.99 per). I thought both cigars are on a higher level than anything this store had and the prices were very reasonable. This other place is down the street at the Von's shopping center for my fellow yelpers. I talked to the lady clerk about yelp and she told me this place is going through an ownership transformation and maybe in the future things will change for the better. In the meantime, this is the way it is and 3-stars is mainly for their other stuff and selection.

Guy behind the counter is always rude. Always in a mood... way over priced stuff! Don't waste your money or time here!! Just go to the smoke shop by Taco Bell! He is so nice :) and always welcoming !!

Moved to the area not too long ago. Every time I've been here they are closed and they don't have their times posted from what I can find. Tried calling a few times too, but it just rings for a little while and then starts making noises like a fax machine.
