I had solar panels placed for my business and my home. I had over six different bids but turnkey construction had the best service, what is the most timely, most reliable and customer friendly solar company on the market. I highly recommend either their construction or their solar division services for anyone who is interested in a new, existing or an addition to their current project. Jeff and the Turnkey team have an amazing reputation and are well worth their weight in (gold) solar services!

High Quality Products. Professional. Honest ...those are the top three ways that I can best describe Turnkey Construction as an organization. I was referred to Turnkey from a Real Estate professional whom suggested that I give Turnkey a shot because of their reputation, when he found out that I was in the Market for Solar Panels; I was new to Fresno and naive to the construction companies around town. Upon reaching out to Turnkey, I was provided with a no pressure introduction to the company and the the products + services that they provide. I was in the market and I obtained 7 different proposals; I selected Turnkey out of my top 3 because of the following...1) High Quality Products: Turnkey led the proposal with the US based product, Solaria as the manufacturer. After doing research on my own, I determined that was a product that I was interested in (also looks great)2) Applied Professionalism: Robert, Jacob, Alex et cetera, are professionals. When I visited their showroom and when they visited my house, all representatives are clean-cut, tucked in and bring good manners with them.3) Honest: Last but not least, I am meticulous when comparing proposals (especially when it's my own money) and Turnkey (Robert) was no-nonsense as the proposal was not the cheapest but it was the best when considering performance of the panels. Robert actually talked me down from ordering excess panels.More for your money: Because my house is custom/unique and had an old, leaky roof, I required a roofing job to be applied and Turnkey came through with a solution (roof rework had a 80% no-bid rate). When I needed my electrical-conduits routed in a special way, Turnkey came through with a solution. I can go on and on. I recommend to all of my friends and family who is interested in Solar to include in the proposal process as I am satisfied.

Great company and employees. They have remodeled two kitchens and installed solar for us. The difference maker with this company is that they install as if it's their own house. For solar they tuck electrical under eves instead of down center of roof. For construction they give you options and and explain they breakdown in costs with other options that are more elaborate and more cost effective. The maximize your dollar while keeping your level of standard you want. Also they have experts in all fields, electrical, painting, tile, woodworking...really everything.

Turnkey is a very professional company. They went above and beyond completing the job in just two days. The salesman, workers and office staff were all very courteous and helpful. Out of several bids we chose them because they were very informative and did not try to sell us more than we needed. After the job is done they continue to monitor our panels even though the job is complete.

Really happy with the entire installation process. After more than a year we haven't had any problems with the system.

This review is for a solar system and electrical panel upgrade.Pros: quality of work, competitive price, friendly staff. System includes monitoring by the company and a solar production guarantee. Cons: communication, reliability The start (sales) and finish (install) were good but middle ( office communication regarding next steps and appointment) was lacking frustrating.Twice we had an appointment for the electrical panel upgrade and company was a no show, no call, Frustrating when you have to plan for electricity to be off all day. Two messages were left for a senior rep in accounting to call regarding notice of a potential mechanics lien. Never got a call. I eventually called the solar panel supplier, a 3rd party, and got an update myself. The process for us from contract to official PGE connect was just short of 3 mos, but the company did meet our target by year end so we were happy with that. Weather was an uncontrollable factor. A source of frustration for us was there seemed to be no one responsible for us, the customer, from start to finish. Our experience would have been improved if we had one point person, someone with knowledge of all aspects, Our sales rep did help with facilitating communication when there were breakdowns, but only when we reached out. Regarding the work itself, everything passed inspection and the county inspector commented that the company did good work. Everything that could be run through the attic was so we have minimal conduit on the roof. The stucco patching necessary for the electrical panel looks great. We did have a minor issue with an ac duct that was crushed in the attic, but TurnKey has said they will reimburse us for the repair. Still waiting for that.

Turnkey energy and construction did an amazing job installing our solar panels. The communication was excellent from start to finish! Thank you to the whole team at Turnkey. We are so happy with our project!

This company doesn't know what anyone is doing there. I have had a project that was only to be a year long is now over 2 1/2. I call 2 to 3 times a week trying to get answers and CONTINUEALLY get the run around. They all seem to be clueless when it comes to PG&E and the procedures to get a large system up and running.

We scheduled for solar panel inspection. This company is the one who installed the solar panels on our house which we moved recently. They gave us 8am to 4pm BIG window on Monday, the weekday, that means, I had to take a day off for that. They never showed up. No call. No message. I don't understand why this company has good review.

Worst experience wished I would had gone with different company I like the panels but not the company.
