A hidden gem in the middle of Tulare. Do yourself a favor and get the spicy linguiça. Lots of interesting sausages and meat treats to try. Worth making a little detour if you're headed up to Sequoia National Park.

Wednesday, June 16, 2021 I went to the Tulare Meat Locker and I bought some filet mignon steaks. I suggest that anybody that loves steak go to the Tulare Meat Locker and buy the filet mignon steak and have it seasoned this steak will melt in your mouth and one thing that I noticed that was different that the Tulare Meat Locker does compared to Quality Meats when you buy some thing from the Tulare Meat Locker they vacuum pack the meat so the seasoning stays in there and I would say it's best to keep it in there for at least 24 hours so the meat and the seasoning really get to know one another and your meat will taste much better so I recommend the Tulare Meat Locker and Sausage Company

Absolutely one of the best butchers around. Meat is always fresh & delicious. So many different flavors opinions. Plus, it's the only place I will have my holiday turkeys smoked at. So moist and delicious. Their ribs our delicious. We loved their food booth at the 2019 Tulare County Fair. Danny has won so many numerous awards for his meats and sausages. We highly recommend Tulare Meat Locker!

Ordered a prime rib for a New Years party. It was the best ever, everyone was so impressed.. the directions they gave me allowed me to cook it to mouth watering perfection.. I highly recommend buying great quality meat at Tulare Meat locker!!
