It was inevitable for this place to be revealed in the news. Years of gate keeping this place have been a pleasant time. Don't get me wrong, I've never had to wait long even when more people are finding this place out.Anyways, food here is amazing. The ramen is always amazing here, but I gave the fried rice and katsu a shot for the first time. Straight 5/5, without a shadow of a doubt. It took me every single willpower I had in my body to not demolish it all because I still needed to fit through that door frame. Very generous portion if you may. Also, from my experience, every good Japanese restaurant adds the wire tray for the side of katsu, so you know this will slap.

This place has fulfilled every aspect of my life. Through this spiritual journey, I realized that I used to give 5 stars to business that had good service, food, and ambiance, but I've never felt so certain about THESE 5 stars. I feel like a new Yelper, with so much to learn and explore. My partner got a custom ramen with udon, chicken, and shrimp tempura on spicy miso soup, and she was as speechless as I was. I got the house ramen, mixing my favorite toppings into one beautiful bowl. We stayed silent the entire meal, only nodding our heads to each other in unison. THAT is how good it was. I have never felt to harminous to the amazing broth served. The creamy mixture with chili paste added a deeper level of union that was amazing to taste. Through the beautiful journey of eating this ramen, the service was awesome! As busy as the restaurant was, our mate was there ready for anything we need. We sat in our favorite spot...under the picture of the meme of the lady yelling at the white cat. The expansive art and ambience of the restaurant has a wholly Japanese bar-like vibe. Next time, I'll sit at the bar and see if it's a similar experience. Again, this eye-opening experience truly deserves a try, especially on a cold, rainy night.

The food was really good! First time there. The fried rice was really good and would compete against other top Japanese food places. We all enjoyed our food. I got the garlic miso and it was a lot of food. The kids had a make your own ramen and they could have definitely split one as there is no kid menu. We would return.

The food is delicious. Had the fried tofu, never thought the Tofu would taste so good and creamy. Went again 2 more times and had excellent service. Had the fried baby octopus. Delicious, was the best octopus I ever had. Pier 39 was nothing compared toTsushima Ramen.

Was craving ramen and this beautiful place was recommended. There's plenty of seating inside, which was also very clean. We came in pretty late at about 8:25pm. We were seated promptly, orders were taken and water was brought to us. It did not take long for appetizers to start coming out, which is very surprisingly convenient since they close at 9 PM. The takoyaki came out first and I loved it. My husband enjoyed his green onion pancakes, and the soft shell crab was amazing just a little on the salty side, but it was perfectly fried and crispy. I ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen, and it was not locking in flavor at all Not one bit. My husband ordered the garlic miso Ramen, and he was blown away. Can't wait to come back with our daughter thank you so much.

Was in the mood for Ramen so looked up in Yelp and found Tsuchiya Ramen. Located on Palm and Bullard. We ordered the house Ramen build your own and fried rice and some appetizers. The gyoza, shrimp tempura and edamame. The Ramen broth was so good.. $87 for four people. It was a little pricy for noodles $15 for the house but it did taste good. Service was excellent. And I like the cozy small restaurant.

I had house ramen with spicy miso and gyozas for an appetizer and it was good, the service was great also. The food was out under 5 minutes so they were quick. Ambiance of the place is a small lowkey spot, good for a catchup or hang out.
