First ever yoga class for a non-yoga person went so good. The instructor was welcoming and a great guide for all levels. Definitely give it a try even if you question whether it's right for you.

I love Tower Yoga! They offer 1 free week to new students and community class drop ins at $8. They also have another yoga spot, the Lotus which is not heated. The teachers and staff are amazing!!! I only have great things to say about this studio, the staff, and the experience. At first it was hard for me to start as I hadn't done hot yoga in a few years. I needed to take breaks. My mind and body felt so good after a few weeks of classes. It has felt like an amazing restart. If you haven't tried it yet, you should and you'll be hooked.

Tower Yoga is absolutely amazing. Kellee and Jamison are amazing, as well as all the instructors. My husband and I have been coming to Tower Yoga for three months now (still newbies) and we love the sense of community. The yoga classes are great and I can't pick a favorite. I love them all. Tower Yoga also does great community events that we love to participate in. We are so thankful to have Tower Yoga in our neighborhood. Thank you for all you do.

I've really enjoyed Tonya's classes each time I've attended, and this was no exception! I like the movements she chooses and the beginning of class with the talking/preparation to help us get into the mindset of our intention for the day. Sunrise Yoga gets me started for my day and I have a great rest of the day. It's also nice that it's not quite as warm as some of the other hot yoga classes, so that one can ease into it.

It's been 5 years since I reviewed Tower Yoga and I can honestly say that it's only gotten better. This is the cleanest, safest, most welcoming studio that I've ever experienced. The instructors are warm, genuine and deeply knowledgeable. Tower Yoga is committed to building community and offers so much more than yoga classes. Weekend workshops, a run club and book club, as well as a tea sit and meditations are part of the varied offerings. It's a studio for both daily yogis and first timers, everyone is welcome. There are different types of classes offered inat the heated location. Power Yoga or Life n Flow are the most intense workouts and will leave you drenched but feeling so good. And there are sparkling clean showers so you can leave feeling fresh!

Ok, so I'm a regular guy new to yoga. I've belonged to regular gyms, you know with weights and aerobics classes and a steam room. I've been to a few yoga classes years ago. But now I'm trying to consistently attend yoga classes for mental well-being not to mention flexibility, strength and balance.Tower Yoga classes are better than the yoga classes I've taken in other cities in two ways. One, the class sizes are smaller and more intimate. So I don't feel lost in a sea of people and feel a more personal connection to the instructors and other students. And that segues into my second point. That is, the instructors at Tower Yoga make an effort to share some of the yoga philosophies in a way that relates to our everyday stressed out and sometimes manic schedules and lifestyles. Hey, I'll take calming strategies any day!Although I've gained many positive yoga mental strategies and physical exercises from every Tower Yoga instructor that I apply to my everyday life, I'd like to mention two instructors who are really making a tremendous impact in my physical and mental well-being. First is Brooke DeCesare. She teaches the Saturday morning Community Yoga classes. Her classes start with a brief explanation of a Yoga philosophy that comes to mind that morning. Her style is energetic but very calm and precise. She describes each movement and their transitions to the next movement very clearly and paced in a way that is not too fast. Her hip relaxation movements are excellent and really make an unbelievable difference in my mobility! Plus, she is a very calming and welcoming presence. Hey, what more could you ask for?Next is Mariah Miller. She teaches the Kundalini Fusion Yoga class Tuesday evenings. Her classes are unlike any of the other classes at Tower Yoga. Breathing techniques and movements which energetically use the hands and arms and legs to clear out the stress built up in our bodies is refreshing and cleansing. Once in a while she uses scream therapy (in a gentle way) to also cleanse our minds and bodies of all that pent up negative energy. Blecccch, begone bad vibes! In addition, Mariah's upbeat yet down to earth personality makes it a joy to attend her classes. And where else in Fresburg will you find someone who does a Sound Bath every week! Super relaxing. Yup, what a way to end the day! Groovy dude!

$32/single drop in hour class. $165/monthly unlimited membershipGreat for beginners. Stagnant for veterans. Need transparency with instructors leaving, what happened? New instructors are announced but old instructors not teaching anymore are not....? Instructors just disappear...Too many cue (long) breaks... the hallway is available for those who need longer/more breaks not the entire classNeed a balance of classes. For example, there is now 4 Lift and flow morning classes, and only 2 in the evening. Need more heavier weights. Too many light weights. Too many instructions for alternative poses (makes break even longer) Mundane & repetitive announcements and house warming is taking 5-7 minutes of class when it should be use for meditation to start & set the tone for class. The actually physical part of class (which most people come for) is decreasingStudio etiquettes should be emphasize at the time the new members sign up not at the beginning of every class Heat is not consistent to the type of class... too many cold classes. Temperature is below what class should beIf intention is plan for class, Music should too. Apply more music, and play it loudly to create the atmosphereNoticed a lot of times, where instructors was not prepare to teach class. Intentions not plan, Playlist was off, studio was not set for class, scrabbling to set their own matClasses are being cater to new members while veteran members are stagnant & not advancing in poses, mobility, flexibility, etc. because classes are taught at beginner's level Need advance class for veteran members, need more peak posesNeed male instructors & influence Instructors should walk around and suggest improvements to form. A lot of poses I've been doing wrong and didn't even know it

I had a very negative experience with one of the instructors, Mariah Miller, which has made me completely defer to ever return to the studio. I used the free week pass to explore different classes and find the best fit for me. After attending Mariah's class, I took the time to thank her as I did with all the other instructors. When I expressed my gratitude to her, she asked for my full name. I shared it, which includes two Latino last names, and she responded by laughing and mocking it, saying "lalalalala."At first, I was confused, but I then realized she was mocking both my name and the way I pronounced it. For a yoga studio that promotes mindfulness and community, this behavior was incredibly disrespectful. It's particularly disappointing because Mariah was very precise in her pronunciation during the class mantras using Sanskrit language, but couldn't extend the same respect to my name. Recognizing and respecting someone's name is fundamental to building a sense of community. This incident felt especially hurtful considering Fresno has a large Latino population. The studio's disregard for cultural sensitivity reflects gentrification within our community and undermines the inclusive environment it claims to promote. I expected a space for mindfulness and acceptance, but instead, I had an upsetting and alienating racist experience.

Love Janel and Jasmin. Both have helped and inspired me with my practice. I've grown so much spiritually, also. I highly recommend this studio.
