This place used to be legendary! Now they are so full of themselves it's just sad. Hey guys we have options!!! I tried for months to give you losers almost $1000 to get me a mobius. No follow up even though I called repeatedly for updates. They had an attitude and kept telling me they were the only dealer for Mobius. Which is complete bullshit, go on Instagram find of the shops featuring great pieces which is what I did. You guys can suck it. Never again. Also the manager at the Shaw location is a total D bag has no idea how to treat customers. Enjoy being mediocre like every other smoke shop out there guys.

Don't ever buy glass from Tower! They sell "imported"Knock off name brand glass and pretend it's real. Was sold a Medicali water pipe at Full Medicali price then found out from the owner of Medicali that was NOT a real piece of his! This isn't the first time I've been scammed with fake glass by them! Years ago a friend gifted me a "mobius" water pipe we also found out was a FAKE. Beware what your getting is knock off not the real thing! Scam artist! Go to Phat Manz in Clovis if your looking for REAL quality glass! Towers a RIP OFF and their employees are fucking RUDE RUDE RUDE. Just look at the way one of the employees spoke to me about being upset I was sold a KNOCK OFF. Who wouldn't be upset they were charged $350 for a bong that's not even a authentic piece? If I wanted a fucking imported fake piece I'd buy it from any of the 100 smoke shops in Fresno that sell fake glass at DISCOUNTED prices because THEIR FAKE NOT REAL! Towers charging people FULL PRICE for FAKE GLASS don't waste your time or money here!

What a buzzkill this place is. I stopped in here last week and was totally sold on a cool accessory for my glass. I didn't quite have the funds I needed, so I told the guy I'd be back in a week with the cash and purchase the accessory. He said "anytime bro" and I left the store. Today, After getting the money together, and heading back in, I was met by some other dude. I explained to him what it was I was there to get, and he REFUSED TO SELL IT TO ME! Seriously, what kind of bullshit is this? You don't want my money? I don't get it. He tried to tell me it was some special thing that could only be purchased with an overpriced package of stuff I didn't need. But when I was there a week ago, they hand all kinds of them just lying around for sale. I tried to explain I was just in the store, and it was no problem a week ago. He wasn't even trying to hear me, Didn't care one bit and was Totally indifferent. You need to get all your employees on the same page. It's hella annoying to go out of my way to visit this supposedly great glass shop, only to be jerked around. I won't be back. And to think I almost bought a puffco peak from this place. PLENTY OF OTHER PLACES IN TOWN. Go to where the employees know what they are talking about, and care about their customers.

I've been here a few times ... last few times I've came here the service has been soo horrible came in for a wrap and I had to wait cause buddy was building a shelf took about 10 min to get a wrap asked me for my I'd but didn't bother to look at it but asked for it ? Prices are ok maybe some more friendly service ...

Don't go to this shop!! Customer service sucks and they don't give a shit about their customers. I went in to buy a coil for my baby beast tank. The clerk saw my tank and the coil that was currently in the mod. He sold me the wrong size even after seeing the one inside the tank. I went back to return the item and the store owner told me he couldn't exchange the item cus it was wet( I primed it before putting it on my tank) all he could do was give me a discount on the correct size. He said he would lose money if he exchanged my product. I asked him so you rather lose a customer than to exchange the product n he said "yeah pretty much".. don't shop here. If you need vape supplies go to another shop. It's not about the money, it's about the customer service you receive. So thanks a lot tower smoke, you lost two customers just to save $6.74 what a great business move!

I love this smoke shop they always have the best products in store and they never fail to provide the best customer service there is to give.

My go to smoke shop for years now. Everyone who works both at this location and the Clovis location are always extremely knowledgeable about all their products, always treat me with respect and courtesy, and are just generally really very nice, honest, genuine people. Anytime I've had an issue with any product, even after I've already taken it home and even without a receipt love... (of which they absolutely are NOT required to do by any means, and which no other smoke shop ever does to my knowledge... and I really hope this little tidbit doesn't get them into any sort of trouble or give anyone the wrong idea that the exceptions they've made for me which are extremely rare amongst smoke shops everywhere that this is standard practice for them or for anywhere else because it really isn't even with a receipt on the same day even). You can tell that these guys take a lot of pride in their stores- they always have a HUGE selection of anything you might expect to find at a smoke shop, they're always very clean and tidy (unlike plenty of other shops in the greater Fresno area, you know the type...) and probably the biggest thing of all.. their prices. Everything is priced more than fairly. I've had really a LOT of experiences where you go into a smoke shop and the people working there give you some crazy high prices as they try and "feel you out". And are more than happy to charge you however much more they can get out of you. This place is the exact opposite. No shady business practices to speak of. Regardless of who you are or what you may look like.

I absolutely appreciate the guys here. I picked up this MC_S puffco peak attachment and I absolutely love it. They also hooked me up with a small discount which I appreciate very very much.

I have never done an online review, but this place made me so MAD that I got online to give one. I used to really love this place back when they always had the same staff who knew what they were talking about.But that was a LONG time ago, at least three years. I switched to a place I liked better, but they went out of business. So I tried this one again.TERRIBLE. Some guy there sold me a new vape (old one died) but didn't explain there's a specifically different way to prime the coils. It burned out 5 coils in 3 days and became physically ill from breathing burnt coil after burnt coil. When I called, they asked how I primed it, and then said that I wasn't priming the coils right. I told them that when they sold it to me, I wasn't told that this one had a different priming procedure. They admitted they have lots of new people who ***don't know anything about vapes***! They refused to replace the coils but promised me on the phone I could get replacements for 20% off. Then I got there and was told I could only get 10% off because "the owner said."NEVER going back! (Coughing up a lung with a seriously sore throat as I type this due to those burnt coils!)
