Tower Smoke Clovis

DO NOT BUY ANY VAPES FROM THIS STORE. Literally bought one for the road and died within a couple of hours. I've had smaller ones of this same brand and has lasted almost a week. Bootleg quality. $27 bucks for a bang XXL. Honestly should be zero stars.

So this is by far my favorite smoke shop, usually I am treated with the utmost respect and workers are chill as fuck. But I'm sad to say that whomever was.working last night idk his name but he worked close to closing time and I've seen.him at other locations in the past and I've never had a good.encounter.with him and I've talked to other customers who say the exact same.thing He is hella rude I am.spending 100s of dollars at this smoke shop to be treated how he treats customers is seriously bizarre, he makes you feel like because u have questions your really making his day that much worseIt's ridiculous I'll never go there again if I see that he is working rudest worker I've ever come in contact with. Other than him tower smoke is.the shit

First time in Tower Smoke 6-23-19 best service and so informative by the gentleman named Gabriel.Walked in not know much and walked out with all the info I needed to make my purchases.Well stocked and very clean. Sales personal can make or break your business. I give this shop 5 stars!!

The only thing I'm disappointed about is I didn't get the guys name who helped me. It was my first time in the shop and he was so patient and chill while helping me. I was on a budget and the items he pulled for me were within that budget. He didn't try to up sell or give me anything expensive unless I asked to look at a specific piece of glass myself. He answered all of my questions, gave me recommendations, he didn't lose his patience. I didn't have this quality of customer service in the other smoke shop I went to or this extensive of a variety to choose from. Now the glass itself is also wonderful. They were all quality work and all the prices were decent. As for fresno/clovis I won't be looking anywhere else for my glass. I'm in love with my piece. It's perfect for me.

Kyle Kyle is a horrible Clovis Manager there. He should never be a manager. He was disrespectful, treated me like dirt, wouldn't answer a simple question about a return policy and when i asked for his full name he was strangely scared to give it and said his name was Kyle kyle.... he proceeded to hang up the phone on me. Who in there right mind would buy overpriced glass from somone who treats them with that type of disrespect? save yourselves, STAY AWAY FROM KYLE KYLE!! Worst manager ive ever come into contact with. When your a manager, your suppose to be trained to give information about your store, and treat people with respect, not hang up the phone, or treat customers in that manner. If you don't know policies about your store, maybe someone else should be manger.STICK TO SPENCER AT THE OTHER LOCATION ON MAROA.... KYLE IS NOT ANYTHING CLOSE TO PROFESSIONAL AND SHOULD NOT BE IN CHARGE OF HIMSELF MUCH LESS A STORE!

I called and asked if Tower Smoke Clovis had a puff bars. He said "Yes". I went and was in Ahh. So many products to choose from! Vaping, Blunts, it's a one-stop-shop! The person who helped me was very knowledgeable and I got something I didn't know existed! They have 3 different versions of the "Puff Bars". I will be back and I can't wait for my next trip! I am definitely getting the reusable puff bar! Thank you!

They always have what I need I go there for shesha, coal, hemp string, bong cleaner, etc. always super helpful and friendly.

As a new vapor finding my way, this shop is by far the most helpful, courteous, and friendly with very fair prices. Gabriel is AWESOME! He took the time and got me situated. Tower Smoke is now my go-to for all my vaping needs.

The staff at tower smoke is top notch. They know most every glass artist that's out. They don't carry a huge selection of China glass but they do have a little selection for the people that don't wanna drop the extra cash on high end american. Basically they have something for anyone. Broke or rich!

I would love to start seeing you guys carry the new Focus V Carta Laser editions. I absolutely love my FocusVCarta and it's sad that ya'll don't carry them anymore. In my honest opinion the Puffco pro is not worth it and is too darn expensive. Come on guys, you can do better!! As a long time customer please guys get those FocusVCarta products back on the shelf and especially that Laser edition
