I was craving for some sushi and did not want to drive anywhere far, so I came here to try a couple rolls--Dragon Roll and Salmon Roll. Hanford isn't known for its Japanese food, so my expectations were low, but the Dragon roll was actually good! The Salmon roll left a lot to be desired. I only had these two rolls, but I think I would probably stick with the cooked rolls from here. Service was solid and it wasn't too busy when I went during a weekday afternoon.

Showed up to order for take out. Friendly staff. While waiting for the order we scored some seats with water. I read the little story in the menu and the restaurant was opened by a retired navy vet! Unfortunately he wasn't hanging around for me to meet him lol. I spied some Koren BBQ looking tables while waiting. Might need to come back and give it a go!

High quality, very flavorful noodles and sushi! Our waitress was awesome and kind enough to serve me the delicious soft boiled ramen eggs on the side - these are amazing, marinated and cooked perfectly. Ambiance very nice, great location, unique drink selection - I look forward to another pistachio beer. Can't wait to come back!

Been eating here since 2019 and it NEVER disappoints! Waiters are ALWAYS nice. The place is relaxing and has solid sushi options. Plus they always have so many different types of drinks! Enjoy!

This spot is in a shopping center, so you know what that means? There will be parking, yes! The restaurant is not big, not small, very simple, not much decor. The biggest party that can sit together is about 9.We made a reservation for 11 people. So we were seated right away, although it was not busy. In this Japanese restaurant you can order hot food, food you cook yourself on the grill, and of course sushi. We ordered several things on the menu. Gyoza, edamame, calamari, and shrimp tempura. A couple of sushi's and a platter of sashimi. To cook, we order chicken, shrimp, steak, pork belly, scallops, and vegetables. Right away we were disappointed our server came back twice to tell us they were out of calamari and shrimp for the grill. Then she came back and said they were out of pork belly. Two minutes later came back and said they did have the pork belly. It was barely 2pm and they were already out of items, that is disappointing.The food tasted ok. I did really enjoy the steak. My salmon sushi was mediocre, the rice was overcooked. Also, it was weird individual plates weren't automatically given to us. When I asked the lady she replied with "I can bring some" well how were we going to eat the food? Off the grill? We spent a good amount of money here and the service was mediocre. They can do better.

Great service and great food. They were very sweet and accommodating to make my order kid friendly. The sashimi and calamari were delicious! They have good quality fish and the calamari was so tender and flavorful. They also have a good selection of beer with unique flavors!

Was my first time @ Toshiko and walked in to make an order. Had to wait for someone to notice me at register and it wasn't busy but the server Sarah was so nice I didn't mind. The place was clean and simple and small. Sarah was very friendly and asked if I been there and new what I wanted. Since it was my first time I went with the Tiger Roll and the Katsu a la carte . Took my info and waited 30+ mins for my meal. Now I was sorta of wondering why? Because it wasn't busy I walked in around 2:40 in the afternoon ardly any patrons But to say the least I got my to go meal. I was happy with my meal the Tiger Roll was on point and can't go wrong with a Katsu Bowl just the sauce was a little to salty for my taste. Other than that was so pleased with my meal till next time Toshiko.

The food can improve the customer service can improve the quality of the food and the time of it when it's empty they foreverrrrrrrrr to make it have me waiting a whole 50 mins when there's only like 4 tables taken restaurants with a bigger name have my food/sushi done within 20 mins probably less, it shouldn't Toshiko so long. Ambiance is always dead...

Excellent fish, very well prepared.We had it delivered through DoorDash on Christmas Eve.We had a variety of sushi, sashimi, and miso.Delicious fresh fish, done right.Definitely an excellent choice.
