Top Cut

My haircut consisted of 75% brushing and like 25% actual cutting. The old stylist lady that smelled like cigarettes didn't know what she was doing and kept brushing as if that would fix my hair. I asked for layers but she only seemed to be doing little trims on the ends. She was also rushing and didn't pay attention to what sections she was thinning or if my hair was evenly cut. She tried to finish the cut in literally 5 minutes (I have very thick coarse wavy hair and cuts take 30+ minutes) but I told her that it needed more work. The lady seemed veeeerrrrry inexperienced. I wasn't fully satisfied and I won't be back.

Got a regular hair cut from Julie, I think she did an excellent job. She was very thorough, and has an eye for detail. Asked questions and made sure I was good with it before she was done. Much appreciated!

Took four grandkids for back-to-school haircuts. Three were good but the woman who cut my 5-year old grandson hair didn't listen at all to what he wanted. Told her long in the top, very short on the sides. She buzzed his whole head, same length all over. If she would have stayed off her cellphone maybe she would have been able to hear. Second chair from the back on the right.

My husband took my son to get a haircut and it turned out terrible. The person cutting his hair cut his hairline very crooked and could not fix it so another hair stylist had to come and "fix" it. This caused his hairline to be pushed very far back and now he looks like he has a receding hairline. I have never seen such a bad haircut and they did not apologize and still required us to pay for the haircut. I am very unhappy! Terrible!!!

Had a great cut by Mirna today. Will definitely go back to her. Told her what I wanted and that's exactly what I got. Thanks Mirna

Went to my friend I went about 1 month ago very friendly staff my friend left with the haircut she wanted it took 3 different places and finally found a great fit. And there open late

Very disappointed with my hair color. I went in for black and burgundy highlights. I Paid $170 for this! I probably would've done a better job! Do not go there if you want a professional look!

I previously was going here to get my bangs trimmed. Quick 5 minute job or less. They charged $10 just like super cuts. This last time they required the $16 they charge for a regular hair cut.... Total Scam for a few minutes. Unfriendly, go elsewhere.

My daughters and I were back to school shopping when we decided to get hair cuts the same day. Lucky for us TopCuts was in the same parking lot as the stores where we were shopping. The ladies who work here are so friendly and efficient. Not only were my daughters able to get basic trims but they were able to squeeze me in for one as well, and all of it took about 1 hour. I am so happy to find a salon that provides a fast, well cut head of hair. We will absolutely be returning.

Made an appointment last week for a perm for today at 9. Came in today and the lady says she couldn't do it because she can't do perms. The whole conversation was back and forth of her saying she wasn't here yesterday( the appointment was made a week ago) she says maybe they didn't know the length of the hair(I told the person on the phone the exact length) and than she says it wasn't her fault which I never said it was. All of her statements didn't answer to why I was scheduled for a hair appointment if no one knew how to do it because it was my day off and a waste of my time and gas. She than said I'd have to reschedule or come in later. Her whole attitude was unprofessional so I gladly took my money and business elsewhere. I had to add 1 star to post a review otherwise I wouldn't.
