Tom's Donut Shop No 2

1. All donuts were delicious and fresh2. Service was friendly and efficient 3. Ambiance - typical donut shop ambiance like we have seen all over the country. Cozy!

Kingsburg has one donut shop and it's Tom's Donuts. The place itself is a bit old and in need of some TLC but this review is for the donuts and for that they get a solid 4 stars from me. The glazed circled treats are always so fresh and the glaze seems to be perfect with every bite. The donuts crispy, airy, puffy, and soft all at the same time. I love simplicity so I usually get the glazed even though they do have a wide variety of treats. Lady at the front end wasn't rude but she was straight to the point and means business. Prices are good as well.

Stale donuts at opening! Not good. Employee that rang up, told me "$5.15". Bank statement showed $6. Not good. Half the place was in the dark. Frosted acrylic covid shields still hanging over counter with barely enough room to hand your payment thru. Its almost 2024.

We always love going to Tom's. I wanted 2 dozen donuts special ordered with a certain frosting and they were able to accommodate the special order. The donuts were perfect for a special themed birthday.

I cannot find buttermilk donuts at home so, whenever I'm in Kingsburg visiting my dad, this is a must stop for me. The lady who works behind the counter is not friendly but their donuts are good. It's super cold inside also.

Was having a bad morning and decided to hit up the nearby donut shop to get some for me and the coworkers. Walked into the shop and the aroma took me away , smelled like a donut orgy. Was all good until they hit me with the price of 16.50 and I came to my senses. It's all good though they were worth it , FYYA.

Like everyone else said - very rude staff. Also their donuts were old and expensive. This place used to be great. I'll never come back.

If you went to high school here in the early 2000's you know the chili cheese fries!! Please bring back the crinkle fries!! The quality has gone down since just using sad little straight fries. I would gladly pay $5 if you brought back the crinkle fries! CRINKLE FRIES!!

You need to be careful check your receipts I've been overcharged several times , most recently I went in and was given stale rockhard croissants of course this is my fault for not checking before I left but still , Why give someone day-old croissants when your the only donut shop around why kill your businessby doing these things .

donut selection was wide and donuts were good. however the woman was very rude starting the minute we walked through the door.
