Toledo's Mexican Restaurant - Clovis

Went here around 5:30pm on a weekday and I didn't have trouble finding parking. We got seated right away as there wasn't that many customers. More customers prob started coming around 6:15ish. Lighting was just right and seating was comfortable. Our server was really attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. I ordered chicken fajitas with flour tortillas, rice and subbed the beans for more rice and it also came with guacamole. The food was a big portion enough for 2 people. It came in sizzling and tasted really good. It was seasoned well and very tasty. Although the flour tortillas weren't that great. I probably should've just got corn tortillas. But the rice and guac were good. Next time I come here, I would order the fajitas again but I would try it with corn tortillas.

super taste, quality mexican food. Toledo's is defo differnt than street tacos and places like robertitos but they are super tasty. Their shredded beef tacos are super super good and have a hint of flavor awesome infused in their meat. They also have the seasoned chips, the red stuff, which i perfer on chips. their bean and rice are good as well as their chili colorado, the meat is some sorta pig meat for that one. My fam loves this place and we order often. Chips come with your take out meal so if you order chips w/ w/e meal you get expect 2 bags

The service was great! The chips and salsa are good. I ordered the 2-item combo - cheese enchilada and shredded beef taco. These two items are always my favorites at Mexican restaurants. But I could not finish either one of them because I did not care for the enchilada sauce or the shredded beef. I've never had shredded beef like that.

A great place to take the family for a nice night of Mexican dining with one of the best blended margaritas in town. Try the mango margarita. It's excellent. We had a very friendly and attentive waitress, Berenice, who took great care of us.

7/20/24 Getting breakfast for tomorrow! Ham breakfast burrito ordered. Egg white. The worker was kind and said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I went in to pick it up. Asked for hot sauce and a worker was happy to get it for me. Paid for it and another worker wished me a good day leaving! Appreciated! 7/21/24 Happy Sunday everyone! Breakfast burrito split. My half was DELICIOUS! Even better with their hot sauce!!I'm sure mother will feel the same when she gets up to have hers. Great service and Great breakfast burrito! Highly recommended!

Stopped in the other night for dinner & as normal, food came out good. I've yet to have anything come out bad, but I will say the service needs to be sped up because it can take awhile at times. All in all: Good food, friendly service! Definitely worth the stop if have not yet.

Was super excited to try this place because I always pass it on the way home. There was absolutely no wait time and we got a large booth, which was great! I also love the interior! Although I think it could use a bit more sunlight (all the windows were closed), I enjoyed looking around at the architecture and decor. I definitely wished it was busier or they had music playing or something because it was so quiet in there. Service was good! Here's what I got & here's what I thought: Chips & Salsa (5/5): Chips came out hot and everything tasted great! It was a perfect start to our meal. Chile Verde Burrito (3/5): Not impressed with the rice... not sure if it was homemade but lacked in flavor and the texture was a bit soggy. The burrito was decent. The beans were good! (Full) Chicken Quesadilla (2.5/5): My quesadilla had a lot of shredded chicken, an okay amount of cheese, and very little vegetables. I felt like it was something that I could've made at home. Also, the bottom of my quesadilla was SO SOGGY and I had to fold it in half or it would fall apart. The portion size was great though!

We ate there yesterday, never had been there before. We had a special occasion, surprising my Mother with family that came in from San Diego. First of all, the place is very nice, the staff was also very pleasant. We liked how everything was decorated there, everything was clean. The service was quick & friendly. The food was so good that we all cleaned our plates. We were actually looking for a new Mexican restaurant and on the way home we decided THIS IS OUR NEW PLACE! We live 45 minutes away, but this place is worth the drive.

Our server Luis was awesome. It was a busy Sunday afternoon. And he was attending everyone's table. We had a great time celebrating my father-in-law's birthday.

Love Toledos Restaurant! I am originally from Fresno but reside in Santa Cruz and every time I go to the Valley to visit I make a drop in at Toledos. It's a must for our family to get one Margarita from there :) The service is amazing and they have a large dining space creating a bustling atmosphere.
