Toca Madera Winery

Came here for first time as well as first time to the Madera Wine Trail. The ambience is beautiful out on the back patio with views overlooking the vineyards and live music. Came here on a Saturday at 12pm with reservations even tho we were only guests there (table of 5). Staff was very friendly and professional. We brought out own charcuterie plate which was nice. The wine is ok... come here for the ambiance and experience.

We enjoyed the wine except limited seating , lack of diverse music and venue needs updating.

Very nice winery in Madera. Has an incredible outdoor area. The garden space is beautiful with a view to the vineyards. Great place for anyone looking for a party venue too. We had a group of 7 and sat outside. The wine tasting is delish! You get to try a good variety of different wines and the server did a great job explaining all the wines to us. Not to mention the wine tasting is $10 so it's very affordable comparing it to the high prices at Napa. And you still get incredible views, great wine, and great service!

This was such a fun experience! My friends and I will definitely be back to watch the live music and enjoy some bottles of wine! Pros: max headroom- the band was great. Sound wise, light wise, songs!-they let you try the wine before you purchase a bottle-tables supplied but byoc if you aren't there earlyCons-Nothing! The night was so much fun! The ticket was $10 to enter and the wine bottles were about $24-28!

This is a review solely based on the Winery as a wedding venue. It was my dear friend's wedding earlier this month (May 2023) and it was a beautiful day.The winery itself is gorgeous; not too large but not too small. Intimate enough for about 175+ guests. The staff serving wine worked very fast and had great service. I would totally recommend having a wedding here (from a bridesmaid's opinion). The interior is modern and they were very bulked up with security all night. All of the bridal party were able to arrive early in the morning and the winery had a large "getting ready" space inside. There were 4-5 large mirror/make up stations for the makeup and hair artists to come and beautify us. There was space to store all 12 bridesmaids' dresses, change of clothes, and food. There was a sofa inside the room so the bride was able to have some of her family hang out in there.Overall, a beautiful view, a beautiful winery and a very beautiful venue for a wedding!

Definitely book a reservation for a wonderful experience! This winery has a beautiful vineyard and the space is lovely for you to view while you sip. They have a great space for events such as weddings and special occasions. They've got some items as well to go with their wine! I enjoyed their wines and that their staff were very knowledgeable about each of them as you sip. They are extremely welcoming and helpful as well.You've got to visit and bring your friends along with you!

My first time wine tasting and honestly, I'm not a wine person so I couldn't speak much on the tasting but for it being my first time, I had a great experience! The staff was soo nice to us and soo well informed about their local wines. The view of the winery was gorgeous. They had live music playing. You can bring your own food! The place was easy to find and plenty of parking. It was such a good price for the 3 of us! Even though I'm not a big wine person, I personally want to do it again bc it was such a fun experience with my friends!

I recently went to a wedding at Toca Winery. First off, I felt like I was visiting a prison, with all the security. They hassles us because we brought some hard alcohol. Thats understandable. They wouldnt even let us take a glass of water back to the car. Way over the top!! Once the reception w the drinks started, I asked for some ice. They told me there is no edible ice....huh?? Then when I was looking around for a napkin, there were none to be found. I went in the bathroom for a paper towel. NOTHING!! I ended up using toilet paper. When it was time to eat, I asked for a beer. The bartendr told me the bar was closed. I couldnt even take a beer or anything to the table. Which only had a pitcher of warm water. At this point, I was pretty much in a bad mood. So we went back to the car and did shots. On our way out we were confronted by security, wanting to make sure we wernt taking a glass of warm water or something. I would not recommmend having a wedding here. If it is the summer and hot, which it was when I was there. You are going to sweat your butt off!! No shade.

Plenty of parking, friendly staff. Check in process well organized. The wine was delicious and The Box band was awesome!
