Omg what a cute studio. I walked in and the owners were so nice. I took a kettlebell and TRX class. It was a really good workout. Alexis was very kind, she even asked if you mind hands on correction or not. At the end of the class she did stretching and yoga and spritzed some essential oils on our wrist(that was very relaxing). They also sell cold pressed juices and meals and Essential oils,etc. They offer drop in rates and packages or unlimited pricing

I couldn't say enough about Alexis and her studio. It's truly a retreat and a place to recharge not only your body but your spirit. The atmosphere is amazing and uplifting as well as clean and sanitary. Her air purifier makes me feel comfortable and safe during these uncertain times. And the results and changes I have seen in my body are unreal! I am so thankful for her and these amazing workouts. She is always switching up the workouts so you never get bored but boy are they effective!!! I couldn't recommend ThriveFit Wellness more, If you haven't checked her out yet you should absolutely do it soon.
