I had highlights, cut, color and style done by Victoria today and absolutely love my fresh new cut. She was recommended by a colleague and I'm thrilled with her work. She took her time and listened to my needs and concerns. I drove 30 miles for my first appointment and I'm so pleased I found someone in the Central Valley!!
